Strong Curriculum
After a few weeks training at this dojo, I was impressed by the quality of the curriculum, the talent of the instructors and the bonds of the community. Peachtree Aikikai reaches out to the community and has an affiliate program at Georgia Tech to make Aikido accessible to all. I definitely recommend this dojo to people looking to take their training to the next level.

One of the very best!
I have trained and visited many dojos in the US and overseas, and I count Peachtree Aikikai as one of the very best. The dojo family is warm, inviting, solid and supportive. The technical expertise and repetoir are outstanding. The instructors are excellent and the Budo Spirit is very strong. The class times are many, varied and flexible and the cost is very reasonable. Peachtree Aikikai is simply the premier aikido school in Atlanta and one of the finest in the Nation.

Life changing experience
I have tried many paths to health and peace of mind, but none match what I have gained at Peachtree Aikikai. The care and instruction I have received here has put me on a path that I will tread for the rest of my life. If you are looking for something that feeds the mind, body and spirit, look no further.

Great Community
My Aikido hobby is not for mortal combat, it's about quality of life. While the hard practice and pain (both given and received) are fun, this dojo is special because of the strong friendships that exist among the many members.

Top Notch Kids' Classes for Girls as well as Boys
We have 2 daughters who are now 15 and 9 years old; we have been attending for 9 years, since my oldest was 6. Most of the time we come to class twice a week.

What has it done for the girls?

- taught them a self defense that is NOT based on their size or their strength (They can both flip grown men by using the correct techniques.)
- provided fitness without using kicking and punching
- increased their self-confidence
- improved their body awareness & coordination
- provided a safe and fun social connection with other children and adults

We have absolutely gotten more than our money's worth in this well-run program. If your family is considering a martial art for your children, come, visit, see the program in action, and meet the parents. It's the best!
