We had them install shutters in most of our house 5 years ago, and referred our daughter to them - and she used them for 2 houses. Plus, we referred many neighbors and customers of our business to them. Never again. We need a plantation shutter on a large tub window, but they (a) don't return phone calls, (b) missed an appointment when one was made, and (c) salesmen didn't respond to text messages or emails. The office said he was on a sales call with a customer, but he was scheduled to be at our house. We arranged our busy schedule to be home, but he no showed, didn't call, didn't text, didn't email, didn't care! The owners are aware but do nothing to step in. I guess the bad reviews we overlooked in the past are true! They must only be interested in doing a whole house and not a single large window.

I used Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta for blinds and window treatments for my whole house. On one of the doors, the custom window treatment looks terrible. Even the installer said that he had never seen anything like it and that it didn't look right. Steve, the owner, came out and took a look. He told me that it looked exactly how it was supposed to and that it is what I ordered. I spent $450 for a treatment that looks like a piece of burlap slapped up on the top of the door. My interior designer who was with me for the ordering even said it is the worst shade she had ever seen and was shocked that they said that that was how it was supposed to look. The customer service was horrendous and they stopped responding to my calls and messages. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Peachtree Blinds and clearview screen were outstanding to work with. We met with Steve, before our home was finished being built. He was extremely knowledgeable on all on the products these companies offer. We were also promised that our job would be installed before or on the day we moved in. This promise was kept 100% with no issues. They had 2 teams of installers one for the window treatments and another for our screens. We were definitely a little worried, bc of this being such a large job and the time constraints. But they knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend these two companies and their products to anyone. Its been a few months and we still loving our shutters, retractable screen doors, and power screen on our deck! Thanks guys, if we ever need window treatments or screens again, we will be calling yall!

Honestly a business owner myself I was in disbelief at customer service provided by the OWNERS of this company. Had whole house done by them. The rest of the blinds we were satisfied with quality although they promised an additional 10% discount which we didn't get and they never responded to that, wouldn't return calls. We also purchased Outdoor sunshades which developed a mold. Paid for a service call to come look at them and their employee said he had never seen such a thing in 5 years. Installer Took pictures and gave to Gail and Steve the owners. We wrote a letter and phone calls and Steve never called for 6 weeks, finally reached Gail on the phone and she basically said sorry nothing she could do, want her problem, etc. My wife asked if she could call the manufacturer and said they "were too hard to deal with" and "wouldn't get any satisfaction" so she wouldn't even try. Really was appalled at her uncooperativeness and wouldn't even come herself to see the problem. I am mystified that they stay in business. I would never ever deal with these people again. Ever. They were rude to my wife and Gail even made a condescending remark to her.

Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta is incredible!!!!! I had motorized blinds put in our bedroom with a different company 6 years ago and in the last couple years have had nothing but trouble so I called Peachtree Blinds of Atlanta wanting to have them all replaced (I have 7 windows). Steve came out to our home and looked over the situation and said this shouldn't happen and although he would like to sell us all new blinds he said he was going to contact the representative for our blinds and see what they could do. It took a couple weeks but the representative saw that the motors needed replacements as they were defective. Peachtree Blinds came, replaced all the motors at no charge to us. We were extremely impressed with Steve as he went above and beyond helping us out. I highly recommend Peachtree Blinds! St. Marlo Subdivision

I got in touch with Peachtree Blinds via a home show in Cobb Galaria center. I wanted a clearview screen installed on my kitchen door to the deck. Steven came by and looked at the door.. Explained how the screen would be placed and look etc. During this visit, I was talking to Steven about needing someone to get me measurements for my windows so that I can order the shades from my employee purchase site. Steven measured all the windows for me for free even though he knew I was not going to order the shades from him. It took him about 45 minutes to measure all the windows and this time he spent was just a nice gesture that is part of his great customer service. A couple of weeks later, the screen came in and was installed without any complaints or issues. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Peachtree blinds both with their products and their customer service. Great Job !!!

Peachtree Blinds recently installed the Clearview retractable blinds in our house and we were very happy with the process. It was smooth and professioanl from ordering, setting up the appointment, measurement and install. Everyone we talked to and met with were polite and professional. We love the product. I would suggest that their after install customer service could be a little better but thats the only suggestion for improvement I have. I would use this company again and recommend them and the product.

We did have a slight misunderstanding at the start of our transaction that resulted in some unpleasantness, but I'm happy to say that Peachtree Blinds not only has a superior product, but they stand behind their products. We purchased a motorized retractable screen for our porch, and we love it. I never thought that we'd use it as much as we do, and this area now feels more like additional living space, rather than a porch. I love watching the screen roll up and down at the push of a button (it's really cool to watch in person) and there's nothing quite like opening up my doors to catch a fall breeze. It's truly a wonderful product, and it's probably my favorite purchase since buying my home. The installation day went smooth. The installation team that we worked with was respectful and considerate with our home. Truly top-notch service there. I couldn't imagine a more professional and accurate installation. These guys were awesome. Despite my initial misgivings, I can honestly say I have recommended this company to neighbors. The service we've received since installation has surpassed my expectations. Again, the product is hands-down the best. This company should be considered if you want a high quality product, professional installation, and customer service after the sale.

Had used Peachtree Blinds about 10 years ago when I moved to my new home. Just completed a second move and need to get some blinds in quickly for two rooms that were wide open without any privacy. Called on a Monday, had someone out to measure late the same day and had new blinds for the two rooms I needed delivered and installed by the same Saturday. Great service at a reasonable price.

We had peachtree blinds install a combination of woven wood shades, solar shades and faux blinds and they did a good job. They have a variety of products to select from and pricing is very competitive. Everyone was nice to work with and I would consider them for my future needs.

We recently had multiple motorized solar blinds installed. The owner provided us with the estinate, was very nice and provied a very good price. The installer was great and worked late into the evening to ensure the installation was just as we had wanted. Will certainly do buinses with Peachtree blinds again!!

We ordered our solar shades and were confused about the price. After calling to talk to the owner's wife who works in the office, we were assured of one dollar amount with motors. When the installer came, no motors and 2 solar shades the wrong size. The owner then said he would do it for $4,000 ($2,000 more than his wife had confirmed with us) if we would allow the installer to proceed. We agreed to move forward thinking that we had clearly misunderstood. Imagine our surprise when the dollar figure increased to nearly $5200 and the owner said that this had always been the dollar amount. After he wouldn't call us back I left a message asking what happened to the $4,000. He called me back later to say that the installer would be there at 2 PM the next day and they wanted to put up the rest of the blinds but wanted to be done with us and not motorize. I think I had called them out on their bait and switch with pricing. Do not use these people. I should have read their other reviews before I moved forward. Worth noting that they apparently have another dispute with someone else in our building.

We had blinds/shutters installed 4 years ago. Recently, we needed a shade repaired and several slats replaced for shutters. I placed this order in January of 2010 and still do not have my order filled! Peachtree Blinds has rescheduled me twice (the week they were scheduled to come) and realized they ordered the wrong product when they did decide to show up! They are not willing to compensate for their errors and I am tired of their excuses (we have a new person, we don't have personnel that can handle the job at that time and day). I'm very disappointed and would not recommend nor use them again.
