Just wanted to send some quick feedback - thank you for helping ease our move. Fred, Jeff, Antoine, and (eek - forgot the 4th's name! Sorry!) were an amazing team and did a great job with a smile. I don't know the structure of your company, but if there is a manager or supervisor, I'd love to give this positive feedback to that person - they did a great job.

Peachtree moved us 3 1/2 yrs from our home in Lawrenceville to Hoschton- great experience. We called them again to move us from that house to another house in the same subdivision. Team of 4 great, friendly, professional guys came and moved us in 6 hours!!!. not one scratch!!! Every piece of furniture was wrapped in saran wrap and then blankets and taped. We were able to leave things in drawers and cabinets which was a tremendous help. They even carried my husband's workbenches loaded with tools without mishap. We highly recommend them. Price is competitive and they are reliable and excellent.

This company made move a nightmare!

First, they called and moved my schedule time just 3 days before the move - leaving me no options other than to accept the new schedule, even though it required me changing schedule of several other companies and people associated with my move.

Then when the guys show up late to my schedule time, they are covered in sweat and look exhausted. They took longer than they should have to move my stuff - as they would frequently disappear. I found them smoking while they moved my stuff, talking on the phone while I moved my stuff, or I couldn't find them at all.

As they tried to compensate their slowness, they practically threw my stuff into my new house. Wait - except for my box spring which they pushed throughout my entire house - leaving a deep scratch on my hardwoods.

They also dropped my headboard, denting it and did something to take a chunk out of my desk. When I filed the claim for damages, they fixed the hardwoods, but told me that I would have to pay extra for the other damages to be fixed.

If you want dependable, quality service - this is not the company.

I have moved many times and always managed to do it on my own with the help of friends. This time, I just didn't have the time to deal with all the details. Peachtree Movers were very helpful from the start. The office staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative. When the guys showed up at my house they got started right away and worked efficiently even despite the ridiculous heat outside. All of my things were cared for and moved without any damage. The movers even put all of my furniture back together at my new house. It was wonderful. I highly recommend Peachtree Movers!!
