Dealing with this company was a waste of time. The day of my scheduled service Corey indicated he was the sales person who would come out along with the technician who would do the work. Corey showed up but said the technician was stuck in traffic, couldn't make it that day. We set up another time and Cory calls a half hour before the appointment time to reschedule once again. He was to come two days later, but never showed up, never even called....it's a week later and I still haven't heard anything. This company wasted my time as I rearranged my schedule to make sure I was home for these appointments. Don't let them waste your's.

I have used other termite and pest control companies in the past, but Peachtree Pest Control is the "BEST" in the business! Their staff is curtious, pleasant and prompt. They always make me feel like I am their #1 concern...unlike the other companies I have tried. I use their quarterly pest control service and their termite control. It is so convenient having one company handle it all. Peachtree Pest Control even gives me discounts off of my bill when I refer a friend or family member that uses their service. I have 2 young children and feel safe and at ease with their technicians and the treatments they provide. I have had "NO BUGS" and "NO TERMITES" since Peachtree. Thank You Peachtree Pest Control! I am extremely happy with all that you do!

I used Peachtree for one year. During the one year period the technician recommended changes be made to trees, shrubs, plants to aid in pest control and entering the house. All of the items were done, and the home still has problems with insects entering the home. After six months and call backs, I went to the store and purchased over the counter insect sprays and sprayed the home myself. After that, the insect problem was significantly reduced to the point that their service was not needed. I continued to use their service, and was not happy with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It is certainly regrettable that your experience with Peachtree was less than ideal. As owner of Peachtree let me offer a sincere apology. I would like the opportunity to set things right however. Under contract for termite bait stations. Will NOT be renewing. Their staff frequently don't check all stations, fail to note when there is activity. I had a problem with infestation and they wiggled their way out of responsibility. (Make sure ANYTHING their sales reps may say is in WRITING!!!) Supposedly, there is someone new in charge of service, but I've yet to see any changes.

As officer of customer affairs, I am very displeased that you are unhappy with our services. I have contacted the termite department with the owner and we are resolving this issue.
