I called Peachtree Pest Control to take care of a rodent issue at the home of my mother. They have been fantastic! We've been using PPC for about 10 years. For the last few years, Gary has been our main service guy. Always friendly, always with a smile, he seems to get everything. We have him out quarterly for the regular service and are always happy!

Initial estimate for 10-year termite treatment renewal was higher than other companies contacted. Second visit resulted in reduced price. Stayed with Peachtree since they already do excellent pest control in our home. Shaun R. applied the treatment in a professional, thorough way. He spent a lot of time ensuring all appropriate areas were treated. Very satisfied and recommend the Peachtree office located in Norcross, GA.

I called yesterday because we have rodents in our basement. The evaluator showed up with his kid (around 6 years old). He gave us a price for trapping, said it would be would be done "today or tomorrow" and I waited for a scheduling call from the office. Never heard by the end of the day, called and they said they were still waiting for paperwork and would call first thing the next day (again saying that it would be done that day). I called them at about 10:30 the next day - they said they were getting to it but that they were booked up for the day. I gave up and called Stinger Pest Control, they had someone over in 15 minutes and the work was completed in an hour (for $50 cheaper). I'm not sure why it was so much effort for Peachtree to get someone to set traps. Maybe if the evaluator brought traps and set them immediately it would allow them to be more efficient.

I chose Peachtree Pest Control thanks to the reviews on this site. Every representative I came across during the process was courteous and professional. On the day of the appointments, the representatives were on time, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions, showed me what they were talking about, and explained the treatment program and pricing to me. We purchased the termite and quarterly pest treatments. The only reason why I gave them four stars instead of five is that the termites are gone now but I still see ants and cockroaches around. I'm holding onto hope that the bugs will be gone after the 2nd quarterly treatment.

I called Peachtree Pest Control because I was having a major issue with ants inside my home. They sent a technician out to my home the very next day after calling for a quote . The tech was on time and provided great customer service . Thank You, Peachtree Pest Control for solving my pest problem.

Knowing there were rats in my home was stressing me out. I shopped around a bit, but Peachtree offered me the best value for my money. I couldn't be more pleased and the rats are gone! The wildlife crew arrived as scheduled and did an amazing job.
I have and always will recommend Peachtree. When you find a company that you trust, you like to spread the word. I have done just that. I have referred at least 4 or 5 of my friends and family and they are just as satisfied. Keep up the good work and I will keep referring you guys.

I had Peachtree come out for some squirrels that I was hearing in my attic. I price shopped and Peachtree seemed to have the best options and warranty for my money. Jay and Kyle were nice guys and now I have a nice long warranty on the work that they did. I haven't heard anything since they left.

Hello Mony12. As always, when I receive a less than acceptable review from my customers I take the time to get involved. I did look into your situation and want to offer an apology. I think we were unclear about our gutter cleaning service. When we clean gutters it is only to remove the leaf debris. This is what was done for your home. Our service cannot remove the staining already present on the gutters themselves. This is oxidation from the roof itself and will require paint, or at the very least, a pressure washing to remove.
