They cancelled on me last minute!!!
Was advised today that their technician would not be out--that after I took time to meet with their salesman, and today took time to be here at the scheduled time per salesman's request. The woman who called said they would do next week--to which I said no. I told her I was cancelling and wanted an email from them confirming. Never received this today.

Although I normally respond same day, time was spent gathering information about this situation. First, let me apologize. At Peachtree we are keenly sensitive to the schedules of our customers. We understand a customer should never have to wait on the "Bug Man" and do everything possible to ensure we are prompt and professional. In your situation we simply had a service professional call in sick. We were able to find another service pro to perform your service on the same day, which took a few and happened after your call, but could not make the pre-appointed time. This is not your problem and I'm sorry things worked out this way. I've no control over one of my team getting the flu. All we can do is react quickly with the customer's needs as our focus. I wish you would have chosen to give us the opportunity to show you just how good I know we can be...even though we asked for your understanding at the last minute. Regarding your request for a "Same Day" cancellation email. Our system is designed to allow managerial involvement whenever there is a cancellation request by a customer. This takes 24 hours and is vital to our quality control measures. Sir, I'm sorry things didn't start off as well as we both might have liked. I take your concerns, and all of my customers needs, extremely seriously. If you've not found someone to correct your mole problem, please contact me directly.
