Excellent, prompt and professional service.
The service provided by Peachtree Service Experts, now known as Service Experts is excellent in every way. The technician, Mr. Roger Peak, was prompt, professional, efficient and helpful during the servicing of my air conditioner during the summer, and now in the winter in providing excellent service to my furnace. I would highly recommend Peachtree Service Experts, now know as Service Experts.

Great customer experience.
I called this evening around 7:30 to schedule an after hours appointment. I received a call from the technician approximately an hour later to let me know he was 10 to 15 minutes away. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. I explained to him that my furnace was not coming on and we checked the thermostat. No apparent issues there, so we went to the crawl space to investigate further. William was able to diagnose the issue in less than 5 minutes. My condensate pump was not working correctly. He disassembled, inspected and cleaned both the pump and housing. Upon reassembly the pump was working fine. Another issue surfaced regarding the pressure switch. A little moisture in the line was the culprit and was quickly resolved.

I am more than satisfied with the service I received. Not only am I planning to purchase the bi-annual service (which would have identified a potentially defective condensate pump before it became an issue), I will also schedule the service with them to have the pump replaced. I was never "upsold" as many other reviews have stated. In fact, the only thing I paid for was service.

AC not working, service guy said it was either the Capacitor (relatively cheap) or the entire outside unit would have to be replaced for $2000 to $3000. Capacitor did not fix it so he called in another guy who turned out to be the Sales guy. Sales guy said unit was about 10 years old so we may as well replace the entire system for $6000 to $8000.

I thought it was not that old and still under warranty so my wife showed him a receipt left by the previous home owner that showed the unit was only 7 years old. Sales guy told her that receipt was for something else and proceeded to sell us an $8000 unit.

I got home from work and verified that it was the receipt and that it was under warranty (all it does is take a call to the manufacturer with the serial number that was on the receipt as well as the back of the unit). Then they tried to tell me the warranty would be only for the person who bought the unit but that is not correct either.

I called in another company to do the warranty repair but within 5 minutes they had diagnosed it as a bad fan motor that cost $275 to repair. Just looking into the top of the unit you could see the grease leaking out of the fan motor, they didn't even have to take anything apart.
