Brought my 12 week old puppy in for his shots. Overall, very satisfied with my visit.

--Clinic is very clean and sterile
--Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
--Prices are what you expect for a vet

Would recommend, and plan to return if little Parma needs anything in the future.

They are very thorough - don't expect a discount vet here. Yet, if you talk with them they can work with you for the best solutions for you and your pets. One of our cats became very ill and we discussed all the options before we came to the decision to have him put down. They were very caring. A similar situation came up with one of our dogs. They saw him on more occasions and knew him well. After having him put down they sent us a sympathy card a couple of weeks later. The vet herself actually cried during the time we were waiting to put him down. They let us have plenty of time in the room to collect some family members to say goodbye. This kind of caring is priceless.

I read the reviews on this hospital before going therei read a few bad ones but this hospital is the most convenient for me so i decided to judge for myself. I saw Dr. Ross for a general check-up for my dog and he told me the teeth needed to be cleaned soon and gave me an estimated price for the procedureit seemed pretty expensive so i asked if there were any other options and he suggested a prescription diet called T/D to help the tartar and also to maintain the health of the teeth after the dental if i decided to get one. i thought the doctor was very helpful and personablehe made me feel comfortable and explained things in terms that i could understand. i also noticed how clean everything was and how nice it smelled in and around the building. the staff up front was exceptionally nice and i would recommend this hospital to anyone who has pets...

I had the same problem as another reviewer. I spent thousands of dollars for them to diagnose my puppy, which they never correctly did. A specialist correctly diagnosed her condition (sarcoptic mange) in one visit. In the meantime, pup was sick and itchy for months. They prescribe antibiotics unnecessarily, like if stool looks slightly soft or if urine is slightly low in pH.
