Purchased a fifth wheel form Peco Campers/Campers Inn on July 25, 2015 took it out one time and found four items that need warranty repair. Called them and told them we would bing it in for the repairs and after taking the fifth wheel in we were told it would be November before they could get to it. Ask if they could at least take a look at and get the parts ordered and would we pick it up on the following Saturday. Went to pick it up and they did not even look at it. So we are going to see what happens and if they do not contact us we are going to contact our attorney.

I had a problem with the roof on my 2013 popup and PECO replaced it no questions asked. They were very prompt and professional. I have to recognize some of the super nice people that helped me. Jerrie and Jamie on the administrative side, Ken the Service Manager, and Willy who actually did all of the work. These folks are super nice and really know what they are doing. This is a bit of a drive for me but I won't deal with anyone else. They get a big thumbs up from me.

The review behind this one has to be from a bad apple or a single bad experience. My own experience and rave reviews on forums like "Pop Up Explorer" have this as pretty much the place to go. As an example: Last September 2010, the shop manager was working on my pop-up and prevented me from spending $500.00 in repair. He gave me a work around and charged me $24.00 in labor. From Oct 2010 - Mar 2011 we were looking for a new Pop-Up. We visited Peco at least 4-5 times as well as RV shows, and 4 other dealerships. Peco was no pressure, non commissioned, gave me information no one else could, the best price, and the best support. From sales to service and even their gear shop - everyone is friendly, will go out of thier way to help you, and always have competitive prices. It says soemthing when everyone in the shop has been there 10+ years and even the sales people have been there for as long. Seriously, don't bother going anywhere else.

Pecos campers Service assistant manager was rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and bordering on becoming violent. I,as a woman, was shocked at the way he spoke to me. Complaints to the main office were not addressed because he was a son-in-law of the owner.I had good experiences for many years at Pecos Campers before encountering this unprofessional, angry man in a managerial position, who has no customer skills along with no people skills.
