I took my nephew to this practice as a walk-in patient today. The front desk clerk's attitude was rude, arrogant and demeaning. I left the office as she gave us an appointment for one hour later. Because of how offended I felt, my aunt called the Office Manager to lodge a complaint. The O/M was defensive and ultimately dismissive, and asked my aunt if she had been present when the incident occurred. I wonder if the doctors know what their front desk staff is doing and how the Office Manager is handling patient complaints.

Our family has searched for a competent pediatric practice for 11 years. NOW we have found it. Pediatric Associates has exceeded our highest expectations. We tried all the other "5 star" practices and we were horribly disappointed by the quality, attitude and incompetence of the physicians. If you are having trouble finding the right doctor for your kids...this is the place. You won't be disappointed here. It is a simple concept...your kid is sick, you go in and the doctors actually TREAT them appropriately. What a great concept!!! All the other practices should learn a lesson from Pediatric Associates!!!

I found that the reviews on this and other sites showed a great love for this practice. I transferred my then 4 year old daughter and saw them with my son born in 2010. We changed practices due to some "oversights" in the chart with my son recently. Dr. Ani has seen him at least 20 times with well visits plus chronic ear infections and yet she overlooked some pretty important information before writing a RX for him. To top it off...my insurance company made a major mistake with a charge and the billing department got NASTY with me while I was correcting the issue. I even PAID the difference until the ins. company got things corrected. The billing lady talked to me like I was trash in front of a waiting room filled with other families. We have moved on to East Cobb Peds and are much happier.

Dr. Ani is so wonderful with little ones! I have a 2 year-old girl and a 3 month-old girl, and she knows how to put them at ease. I also appreciate how she takes her time with her patients and does not make us feel rushed. She is helpful in answering all of my questions. She's the best! The office staff and the nurses are also wonderful. I have had to call the nurse on the phone several times and she has been able to help me determine whether or not I need to bring my kids in to see the doctor. The practice also has sick hours on Saturdays during cold and flu season. They are all great!

We love them. My kids really like the staff and they are reliable. Sometimes it is a bit of a long wait back in the office, I'd rather wait longer out front where there are things for my 3 children to do, but otherwise good. All the docs are great but steer clear of the "rechecks." They always ask us to come back in to get "re-checked" after a sick visit. I have to pay another co-pay for them to tell me that my child is yes, indeed well. ;) I would recommend them to anyone.

We have gone to this practice since 2006. Many of my neighbors have used this practice, some see Dr. Licata, others Dr. Ani, both came highly recommended. Dr. Licata is NOT warm and fuzzy, but he does just fine with my children. He is funny, has a witty sense of humor that my middle school boy enjoys. My little boys think he is funny as well. I do notice he is sweeter when he deals with my daughter. The office staff is great. I love the true separate well and sick waiting areas (other drs. we have seen have these connected well and sick areas, might as well have everyone in together). Dr. Licata is very knowledgable and I trust his medical opinion!
