Pediatric Center

My child is 6 months old and we have yet to actually meet Dr. Hansen. We always just see a different nurse- so every time we go we have to tell my child's whole history again. Every nurse we talk to tells us different things when we call with questions- there is no consistency of answers to problems. Also, my child was premature and supposed to have special shots, which they never mentioned to us- so (s)he never got them. And advice they tell us do not match the Academy of Pediatrics advice. Ex: they told us to start my child on solids and fruit juice at 4 months and it is not typically recommended until closer to 6 months. I would not recommend her if you have a choice- we were rushed into finding a pediatrician since my baby was premature. We are currently looking for a new pediatrician.
