Let's be honest. If you go here, it's because you don't have any other choice. This is the absolute worst clinical office I have ever seen, and one of the worst businesses. If you arrive "late" to your appointment (which you will, even if you're 10 minutes early), they will "punish" you by letting the next person in line go ahead of you -- even if all your paperwork and insurance is ready to go. Not only that, the office staff may even lie to the doctor and say you were even later than late! Third, they may forget to run your credit card if you have a copay. Then, they'll try to charge you a late fee because they failed to collect payment. Fourth, they have multiple offices you can schedule a visit for. If you call and schedule an appointment, they may or may not ask you which office, and when the robo-voice calls with your appointment reminder, it won't tell you either. If you go to the wrong office, it's your fault and you may have to pay a no-show fee. Fifth, they do not ever want to talk to you over the phone. Their automated telephone system is so convoluted that every "option" rings to a phone which is almost never answered by a human. You can guess why.

We've been patients of this practice for the last 2 and a half years. Over that time, we have experienced truly inept doctors and front office staff that don't know the first thing about customer service. We have been through 4 of the doctors in the practice, seeking a basic level of adequate care for our son. Now we are leaving the practice out of exasperation. The front office staff has been rude and completely impersonal. The doctors don't believe in educating parents or providing care based on up to date standards and research. Overall we have learned more from the internet and friends, and therefore managed our son's care better than anything we received from the 4 doctors we interacted with in this practice. Even the phlebotomists were sub par and caused great pain (and many attempts to obtain blood) to our son due to ineptitude. I can't say enough about the poor skills of everyone in this practice at all levels...

My daughter has gone here a few times over the past two years, but we are looking for a new doctor. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, refuse prescription refills, and only have answering machines for the customer (who is always right, by the way) to speak with. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for a week now, and cannot even get a live person to return a call, let alone answer a phone. My daughter's prescription is out, and now I'm left with the option of taking her to another doctor or the ER. PEA obviously does not care about my child's health, otherwise they would do their job and do what I am paying them for.

My son was referred to this practice for evaluation of a possible growth disorder. We have seen Dr. Dasari for about 1 1/2 years. I have been very pleased with the care we have received. Dr. Dasari is very conscientious and diligent. I feel fortunate that she cares for my son. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Dasari is the best Pediatric Endocrinologist. We have been seeing her for close to two years. Dr. Dasari has an excellent bedside manner with my teenage daughter. She responds to my phone calls in a timely manner. If I don't receive a phone call, I'll receive a letter notifying me of the results of recent lab work. Dr. Dasari goes above and beyond for her patients! LOVE HER, LOVE HER!

My son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 13 months old. Throughout the past 2 & 1/2 years he has received exceptional care here! When you have a positive attitude and a smile on your face others will follow your example! We've seen almost everyone, but I have my personal favorites that go ABOVE & BEYOND...Leticia Ramirez, Linda Garcia, Mark Spangler, Tami Kinnersley, Dr. Stephen Anderson, Dr. Constance Baldwin. Dr. Gayathri Dasari was hard to work with at first, but she's growing on me. Bottom line, I'm the mom and I know my son better than anyone. They respect that and in turn I have respect for their knowledge of the disease my son will live with for the rest of his life. I stand by my recommendation of Pediatric Endocrine Associates!
