I have been a patient since 2000. The Marietta office is understaffed and front desk are rude. We have begun to go to Roswell office. It is a longer drive, but staffing is better, and more personal. Marietta you are treated as a number and too much doctor turn over. The yearly $18 admin fee for monthly prescriptions are absurd for the service they provide. With four children, I see many doctors, and if other practices require the fee, they are prompt. PAMPA drags feet and their rebuttal when they don't have prescriptions ready is "policy". Their policy is not to guarantee a written script for 7-10 days. It's ridiculous to have to pay extra a) for prescriptions and b) to be placed on their timetable. Monthly medicines which have to phoned in can be hard to always call within their 7-10 day window. It's their responsibility to flexible, not necessarily customers. Doctors too are a service industry which I think the staff, especially those that work the front desk need a reminder of who is the customer and who is the employee.

My 18 year-old daughter was told she needed a Physical to discuss ABNORMAL bloodwork. She was then vaccinated with Guardisil against my documented advice in the chart from previous visits, given misleading information about the vaccine. She was also vaccinated while clearly immune compromised after being on Accutane for 6 months. It's completely MY fault for not seeing this coming, however any educated Practitioner would know NOT to vaccinate under these circumstances. Run dont' walk from this practice!!!! They will never see us again and I will do my best to tell ALL my patients about this experience.

We have been using Pampa since 1998 when our first child was born. We have had some excellant Doctors over the years but now am over the poor service. I just got back from our "8:30" appointment. We arrived at 8:20 and we sat in the main waiting room until 9:15 with no explanation. After we were called back by the nurse we waited 20 more minutes for the Doctor to see us. We were there because my daughter has back pain. The Dr. examined her for about 3 minutes and told us we needed to get an X ray to be safe. They do not X ray at Pampa so we were told we had to go to another facility on Busbee prkwy. The Dr. left and did not return before we could ask any questions and then we waited some more to get the information and directions for the X ray. We left Pampa at 10:00!!! We have always experienced waiting and overbooking here but it has gotten beyond rediculous!! The Doctors are good but they always seemed rushed and over worked and you can rarely see the same Dr. You are just another patient to them.

You will be disappointed with the way these offices are run. After hours service is almost non-existent. They have several locations and have the paging service call a Scottish Rite nurse to call you back. So after you explain the problem twice, you have to demand to speak to a doctor. They want you just to go sit at a Scottish Rite Urgent Care. Is there some kind of kick back here? And if you do get a doctor, it will be a doctor on call for all locations, not your location. So the chances they have any idea of who you are is next to none. This has happenend on more than one occasion to me as well as my neighbors. I don't know any moms that have been appy with this group, specifically Marietta other than Barbara, the CNP. She's the only person with whom you can get some continuity of care. I guarantee you that you won't be able to see the same doctor with any regularity. If you don't belive me, ask them how their after hours service works! And don't forget your $20 a year admin fee for getting a copy of your immunization records for school!

My family has been seeing Dr. T for years. Unfortunately, the Marietta office seems to have such a long wait time, we are switching to another Dr at the Town Lake office. Dr. T is the best to us, but this office has some scheduling issues to work out before we come back.

The doctors are very good, but the front office clerks at the Alpharetta office are unimaginaly rude and unprofessional. It has been years since I have been treated as bad as I was by them. When I first went with them I refered two (2) people to them, now I regret it.

I initially was referred to this office by Northside Hospital (however; now I understand these doctors no longer provide care to newborns at Northside), and although I feel my child's doctor (Dr. T) is very knowledgeable, I rarely get to see him (except during well child visits - which usually constitute an hour to an hour and a half wait). Also, there was one indicident when my child was ill and 2 of the 3 offices were overbooked and rather than check availability at the 3rd office (which they can do by computer), the staff member told me that the 3rd office was probably full as well, and that I should take my child to an urgent care facility. We have seen just about every doctor available on one occasion or another, and some (i.e. Dr. T, Dr. Andrews and Dr. Brown) we feel have been very good, in addition to having a good bedside manner, and the pediatric nurses are also very sweet, however; the office staff (reception & phones etc..) are not the friendlist or most helpful, and the office is often overbooked. Basically, I get the impression (whether true or not) that the staff could care less whether you remain a patient here or not. Additionally, I would like my children to grow up with the same doctor (predominantly), rather than having to see a different person each time they have to make a trip to the office. I think it helps to diminish the anxiety when you have the same familiar face treating you most of the time.

They always over book, And you wait for almost an hour every time you have to come in. They don't seem to care about each patient. They come in never give you a chance to explain the problem before they are giving you a prescription and running out the door. Very poor patient care.

I love these doctors. I have 2 daughters adopted from China. Dr Hassel is our primary pediatrician and very thorough, loving and attentive to the girls unique issues. She takes her time with us-you don't feel rushed at all! She always asks about the one that doesn't have the appointment. She remembers their names & other info about each of them! I've seen many of the drs at this clinic and love them all!
