It is necessary for me to rent a truck two or three times a year. I will always use Penske, because their employees are professional and courteous. Moreover, Penske trucks are maintained in top mechanical condition. The trucks I rent are always spotless, washed and cleaned before every customer. Also, Penske maintains their equipment in top condition through regular maintenance and inspections. I have had bad experiences in the past with Budget and Uhaul. I learned a long time ago to rent from only Penske. Budget always sticks the customer with a substitute truck, much larger than what you have reservations for. Not so at Penske, you get exactly the size truck you reserved. Use Penske, you will be satisfied beyond your expectations. Penske's Kennesaw office has very courteous customer service representatives, who are always ready to assist customers.

The Penske staff is friendly and knowledgable. They will work with you to try and get you the best deal. Uhaul, my friends, does NOT have trucks with hydrolic liftgates ... but Penske does. The prices are unbeatable, there are always trucks available (even on short notice), and the trucks are in great shape. Depending on the truck you need, sometimes its difficult to get an automatic transmission, but the staff will do everything in their power and bend over backwards to help you. After previously renting from both Uhaul and Penske, I will definitely stay a loyal Penske customer.

You can't go wrong with Penske. The enormous truck that we rented was very clean and well maintained. The rental agents were very helpful and explained all procedures and operations well. I choose Penske because of the convenient life gate and quality of the product. AAA also provides a nice discount. I will see them again soon.
