I got ripped off, 12/16/2010

I would tell you not to go here, but they already closed down. After promising me so many things and charging me so much money for extra maintenance packages and gap insurance, they weren't willing... to do anything to my car after it drove off the lot. They're promises were completely false. When I tried to contact Mike the finance guy who did all this for me, they say he was no longer there. Now the whole company is closed and I and out of luck and owe tons of extra money for nothing. Scumbags is to polite of a word for these people

Not so bright Service agents, 10/20/2010

Just a few weeks ago, my husband took his vehicle in to have some work done on it with the engine. The first day he went the woman told him they didnt have time to do that work that day to come back... another day...he came back the next day and was told he had to make an apt 2-3 days in advance for engine repair work. Thank goodness there was a mechanic in line buying parts that offered to take a look at the car for us and that is where our business and $300 went!!!

Horrible experience

Every aspect of our experience was negative. 1. Salesman was a foul mouth and just obnoxious. 40-something year old guy, I believe his name was Danny, dropping F-bombs every few seconds and talking like he was trying to prove he was cool and hip. We heard how often he got drunk and how he did a lot of drugs in the past; this was mentioned after every bone-head thing he did. 2. Bait and switch. We asked specifically to drive the model that was advertised for 199/mo lease. We even called before we got to the lot to make sure they had them available. Of course, after we drive one around, they come and say the car is a $350/mo lease because it was a much nicer model. We tell them we want the $199/mo model and surprise surprise, they are out of stock. They must have sold a lot of them really fast since it was only 5 mins from the time we called them to verify they had them available. We ended up landing on $300/mo. 3. After-deal scam attempt. They called us 3 weeks after we signed the contract saying they made a typo and we just needed to resign it. We get there and they say "No changes to the contract, you're still paying $312/mo!" I tell them its $300, not $312. They inform me that I'm wrong and they show me the contract that they didn't change anything except the 'units' whatever that is. Good thing I brought the original contract with me, because it said $300. They couldn't figure out how something like that happened.

Numerous Repairs

I purchased a new 2004 Optima that had a rough idle and stalled on uphill climbs and after numerous repairs they were never able to repair it and finally they told me that even though I had bumper to bumper coverage, the next step was to change (timing belt) and it was not covered, so now I'm stuck with a lemon.

Very Helpful

My review is on the auto center, for repairs, I purchased my vehicle from Peoples GMC and I honestly have no complaints, I love my car and everytime I have had a major problem, above breaks, or oil changes, they seem to take care of me. I am happy to say I would recommend this dealer for repairs!

stolen car

I recently bought a car at peoples and went to register the car at dmv only to find out it was a stolen car and 4 north las vegas police were behind me to question me in fron to f 100s of people at dmv. People response to the whole ordeal was I guess somebody dropped the ball. My question is how can a dealership sell cars that on paper are stolen. They are just lucky no one was arrested.

Typical sleazy performance by an auto dealer

These jerks change their name a lot. No wonder. I bought a car from these folks about two years ago. The experience was not totally bad so I came back. I wanted to check out the Solstice GXP. Sales rep (very large guy, didn't get his name) said he had plenty in stock. We went for a ride in the golf cart to look for one in the back lot. Found a few Solstice models, but were not GXP's. The sales rep asked me how I could tell the difference. Sales rep told me the Solstice was a piece of shxx and I wouldn't want one anyway. Never mine the Solstice, lets look at GTO's. Found one I liked, but it would not start. A guy with a battery cart came, still would not start. I told fatso that I had to get back to work and I would come back the next day. I lied. Forget it. I went down the street and bought a 350z.
