Tech was great, told us we needed a new unit/compressor, left quote. After getting equivalent quotes, Perfection Air was almost $2,000 HIGHER than other reputable companies. Please do your homework if you need something major done. Don't get me wrong, perfection air is a good company just expensive.

The service tech that came out to my older house here in Dunwoody was EXCELLENT! He was so patient and had to climb around under the house to service our unit and replace filter, etc. The tech was very professional, and SO NICE! He gave me tips and advice on how to keep my unit running smoothly. Great experience.

I recently bought a house and after a few months developed a leak from the upstairs A/C unit. I called Morningside Plumbing and A/C, and they recommended a new unit at $2,500. After the serviceman left, I found the paperwork showing the unit was less than 1 year old and had been purchased and installed by Perfection Air. When I called them, they came over promptly, unclogged the drain, and did this at NO CHARGE. They also informed me that many A/C service companies pay their techs a commission for new equipment sold--Perfection Air does not.
