I hired Perimeter Remodeling to replace my home's front porch. The work was completed more quickly than I had expected. The work is outstanding. The consultants keep you informed of all progress (if you are not present when the work is being done.) I will use them whenever my home needs repair work.
I hired Perimeter Remodeling to replace my home's front porch. Once the contract was signed, I was given a time frame as to when the work would be started. The work was completed more quickly than I had expected. The consultants keep you informed of all progress (if you are not present when the work is being done.) As shown in the pic, its work is outstanding! I plan to use them whenever my home needs repair work in the future.

We hired Perimeter Remodeling to come out and tear down an unfinished screen porch that was not to our liking and build a gabled roof for our covered patio. We are very happy with the final product. It turned out better than we expected. We would recommend Perimeter Remodeling to anyone looking for a great price with a great crew. Thank you!

Let me explain, my start was a little sketchy. I was in the process of obtaining estimates for replacement of my front porch and steps. We set up a first appointment. The team first called to reschedule an appointment to a Saturday. It was no big deal. But, then there was a no show and a no call on Saturday. That was disappointing and I thought that I would not give the team another chance. Well, they called on the next Monday and said that they would work around my schedule and meet me when I was off work. I set the appointment for that Wednesday. James called on the way and arrived just after I got home. He talked me through plans and showed me a variety of pictures. He said that they could get me in within a week. And I was shocked but was told they have 4 crews working on decking. Roger left me a message on Friday that he had ordered the wood and that it would be dropped off on the 4th of July. It was ... The work crew arrived on Wednesday and worked through the heat and the rain to complete the job on Saturday. The only thing remaining is the haul away of the debris. As they finished Saturday, I'm figuring that will be within the next couple days. The only thing left is to stain it in a couple months. I tell you, the project came out better than I had expected. I've already received many complements on how it looks and the work that was done. I will whole heartedly recommend the company and will use them in the future.

Perimeter Remodeling just completed extensive renovations on my home, including new energy efficient windows, Hardieplank lap siding, paint & gutters. I found the sales team to be extremely knowledgeable, informative and fair. Over the life of the project, Perimeter Remodeling sent a team of experts for each phase. Each team was polite, highly professional and provided top-notch workmanship. They all treated my home with respect and demonstrated high-level mastery of their individual expertise. After each phase was completed, the exterior of my home was left neat and clean. I was impressed by the work ethic of the company and of every worker. Perimeter Remodeling provided expert oversight and maintained consistent communication. I had been dreading the project, but Perimeter Remodeling gave me confidence and made it very easy. I am so pleased with my renovations and recommend Perimeter Remodeling with great confidence and without reservation.

"Perimeter Remodeling we only use certified installers, without hiring subcontractors." This is not true. Perimeter Remodeling uses subcontractors and they are not certified. One of the guys worked on our house told us that he receives a IRS 1099 from Perimeter Remodeling. The guys worked on our house were not certified by any professional association. Perimeter Remodeling refused to provide the subcontractor's license number or certificate. The sole general contractor license holder (CEO) of Perimeter Remodeling is not fully aware of the building codes that are required by the State, County and City. He did not oversee or supervise the construction at all (no show). The City Inspector pointed out multiple major code violations, which were all serious safety issues.

The sale rep was very persuasive because he knows what he's talking about. He started the job and finished up very quickly leaves out small important details. For 2 months, we called, emailed, texted and he promised but was never come back again to finish the job. Once he got the money, he was gone. When ask him questions, he answers just enough instead of being thorough and detailed. There're many small and unpleasant issues throughout the project. We wish we didn't chose him.
