Training with Rich, 10/08/2013

I would reccomend Rich to anyone looking to work with a trainer. He is truly a professional that has taught me so much when it comes to fitness and nutrition. The training is honestly, tailored to... your needs and yet extremely effective. I've lost 110 lbs in 9 months from Rich giving me guidance and always helping me to go harder. For anyone looking for training, I highly recommend you go with Rich.

PT with Rich is no joke!, 10/20/2010

I came to Rich desperate to drop some weight for an upcoming event. He listened to what I had to say, what I wanted to do, and he helped me get there. He knew exactly the best way for me to reach my... goals and by our second session he already had a diet plan in place for me. Iíll be honest with you- I hate working out. I didnít want to give up my cheeseburgers or my milkshakes. The thing is, Rich helped me to see that I didnít actually have to give my favorite things up- I just had to determine whether or not the payoff was worth it (the cheeseburger is almost always worth the extra crunches and push ups). Dieting doesnít have to be terrible, Rich taught me that. Working towards goals with him has reinforced how awesome it is to finally meet them. His excitement is infectious and you want to continue setting goals and progressing. Heís turned someone who shuddered at the thought of lifting weights into someone who works out more than once a week. Granted, Rich will not be able to solve all of your problems for you, thatís for you to figure out. However, working with Rich has been helpful to me both physically and spiritually. Committing to a diet and a workout plan is tough and itís hard,

One of the best

If your looking for a good trainer I can honestly recommend Rich. I was diagnosed a type II diabetic in 2003 and since I've been working with Rich my a1c (average glucose over 3months) has gone to the point where I can drop one of my meds. Rich keeps the program interesting, challenging and he's such a good influence on you you can't help but do well. Obviously it's what you put into it but if your serious about getting healthy, eating healthier he's the one to pick. Another aspect I like about Rich is outside the sessions you can ask questions, get feedback. I guess what I'm saying is he just doesn't show up for your sessions and thats it, there more to his training plans.

Amazing Trainer!

Rich is an amazing trainer and in the two months I have been working with him I have lost almost 20lbs! It's not always easy but he changes up the routine, gives great advice on nutrition/additional exercises, and keeps you motivated with positive encouragement! He pushes you to do your best but is sensitive to what you need. You could not ask for a better trainer!

Been training with Rich for almost a year Gained: strength, flexibility, confidence Lost: weight(30lbs),inches, body fat Looking for RESULTS? Rich is the trainer for you. Just do your part. You can be assured that Rich will give more than 100% each session. No hard sell, no gimmicks. Rich listens! You get a solid exercise program tailored to your needs/goals. It works because it is designed to get YOU results. You can check out his blog for extra info and motivation. He answers all email questions promptly, as well. Lots of bang for your fitness buck!

Go with Rich!!

Rich is an outstanding trainer. He is very committed to his trainees and really makes sure they get their money's worth. He is a teacher and a motivator. He is especially good at making sure his trainees use proper form and technique, which are crucial to getting the best results possible. He will definitely work you hard and he does a lot of "functional" exercises which are very tough, but very beneficial. His enthusiasm and sense of humor will help you to endure the pain. The compliments you start getting from your friends will also make the pain worthwhile!! I highly recommend Rich. He'a an awesome trainer!
