SCHISTERS. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED
Great experience before i signed on the dotted line. AFTER---WORST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. DAYS..and i mean days after my 2 1/2 year old car was purchased and i washed it(might i add it was dirtier than a truck stops bathrooms when i bought it) i noticed paint chips all around my entire carin front of the rear wheel wells, bumper hood and MY ROOF.(ok some road debri is fine especially because my car was black) but on the roof? in the back where it was next to impossible for ""road debri"" to land and chip my paint? The roof had 9 semi-large dime sized paint chips that were covered up by a poor paint touch up job and were beginning to show signs of cancer and metal errosion. The paint was even bubbling from underneath. After a long battle with peruzzi and mitsubishi corporate i was told i was up shi**s creek. CLAIM WAS DENIED FIRST because the roof chips were caused by road debri, and after i pointed out how impossible that was, the regional manager changed his answer to ""oh it was probably bird shi*"" Two local body shops (1 beinf a family friend) that told me the paint was absolutley defective(clear coat and protective film defective) and it was not bird sh*t and there most certainly should not be thousands of chips on a less than 3 year old car. They also told me if i didnt repaint my roof soon i would have serious problems. Maybe it was the previous owner? NOPE i was able to get her info and shes middle aged mother who drove to and from work/highway and light suburban driving(certainly not the offroading/gravel roads peruzzi suggested she was driving down..The auto body places also mentioned the rest of my car that is now covered in paint chips would need to be repainted soon or i will have more cancerous/metal errosion spots and they would grow.------------ Instead of trying to keep a lifetime customer peruzzi basically told me it wasnt their problem. I had the car for a week and it wasnt their problem? Instead of atleast repainting...

won't do that again
I bought a bmw x3 from these jokers. They told me it was completely serviced when I was buying it. I took it to a bmw mechanic after I bought it. He checked the oil. By the look of it, the oil wasn't changed for 20k miles. On top of that, the back rims (which are slightly bigger than the front per factory specs) were reversed- the front were on the back and the back were on the front. This caused two rims to bend. Finally, when I bought it they said the navigation cd went in the front cd player and it wasn't working just because the cd was scratched. I got a new cd.turns out that the navigation cd actually goes in a disc player in the back and just didn't work. In sum, they didn't know a think about what they were selling me. I wouldn't buy a lemonade from these guys, let alone another vehicle....

Service dept is very unprofessional!
I took my car there to have my a/c checked as it was blowing hot air. I was told the freon was low and need to have it refilled. I believe they also added some dye to check for leaks. I was charged about 200 dollars for this. Now 2 weeks later the a/c was blowing warm air again! I took it back to them and after all the diagnostics they told me they did not find any leaks and were not sure what happened. There recommendation was the a/c system itself was old (the car's only 5 yrs old!) and that it had to be replaced. Their quote was $3500!So I took it to another service center for a second opinion. They told me the freon was low but no major leaks. They refilled it for about $100. And I did not see the freon problem again and its been over 2 months now. Now, I called back Peruzzi Mitsubishi to complain about their service. They refused to acknowledge their fault. All they had to say was, ""We are not sure what the other dealer did different"".If all they know is recommend replacing the entire system (a/c in this case) to their customers, then they shouldn't be doing business! I am definitely not going back there!
