It used to be a good place to get my dog's nails trimmed. After a year of doing it myself, I decided to stop by to have them do it.
They now take the dog to a back room rather than on one of the tables in the front, and there are no windows. It was extremely loud with lots of barking and crying and what sounded like a loud generator noise. The music was cranked, and there was poop on the floor.
My dog came out looking terrified. His eyes were as big as saucers and he couldn't WAIT to get out of there. When he came out of the back room he was greeted by a 150+ lb dog who barked and lunged at him.
They told me they had to hold him there until I paid. I said NO WAY and got him out of there asap. I will NEVER take my dog there again. Is it a coincidence that the next day he was vomiting and had terrible diarrhea????
I've since spoken to a couple of neighbors who also refuse to take their dogs to their grooming facility. One of the employees even said she wouldn't take her pet there!!!!
