The staff is super nice and helpful, they literally are there to help you and don't mind at all! The store is very clean!! Well kept despite the fact that little pets are coming in and out all day. I have been able to find everything plus more of what I have been needing for my pets from a new home for my turtle Karl to black oil sun flower seeds for Gary the dove. Oh and toys for my pug family! Will keep coming back! FYI they have classes to train your four-legged babies :)

I come here with my kids on a regular basis and I have never seen anything like I saw this past weekend. My kids and I were watching the dogs get their hair cut and One of the groomers was being very rough with the dog to the point where I had to shield my childrens eyes. My daughter started crying because she heard the dog screaming. I asked an employee what her name was and they said her name was Emily. I will never bring my dog or children here again because I think they abuse pets here. She should not be grooming or be abusing pets. My friend has also had a horrible experience recently, her dog came home from the grooming salon and her dog limped on his front right paw for the rest of the week, she called petsmart and spoke to the salon manager and she told her that her dog was awful and he was probably just sore from being groomed, she was no help at all and was actually very rude. This store is awful the people abuse animals and they are not friendly at all.

Twice in a row now I have taken my lab into banfield pet hospital to get a pedicure, both times she left with bloody paws and the last time they told me I would need to pay a restraining fee of 17 dollars. My dog probably needs restraining bc your cutting her paws. Rude employee's who dont care about the animals . I will never trust petsmart agian after my experience

It used to be a good place to get my dog's nails trimmed. After a year of doing it myself, I decided to stop by to have them do it. They now take the dog to a back room rather than on one of the tables in the front, and there are no windows. It was extremely loud with lots of barking and crying and what sounded like a loud generator noise. The music was cranked, and there was poop on the floor. My dog came out looking terrified. His eyes were as big as saucers and he couldn't WAIT to get out of there. When he came out of the back room he was greeted by a 150+ lb dog who barked and lunged at him. They told me they had to hold him there until I paid. I said NO WAY and got him out of there asap. I will NEVER take my dog there again. Is it a coincidence that the next day he was vomiting and had terrible diarrhea???? I've since spoken to a couple of neighbors who also refuse to take their dogs to their grooming facility. One of the employees even said she wouldn't take her pet there!!!!

PetSmart at Hargrove has become my one stop shopping for all my pet needs, including day camp. The staff is caring, loving and attentive and understanding of the particular needs of particular dogs. My Shiba will utilize the hotel facilities while I travel overseas and not once will I worry about his safety or care. I can rest assured he will be well taken care of. The only service/supplies I will not choose to participate is the vet services. Although I have no experience with that service, I prefer his Riverview vet.

It is an OK store. It is large and clean. They have lots of live reptiles. We like going there to check on their birds and reptiles. Cashiers are friendly. Service is quick.

This review is no reflection on Petsmart - just Banfield vet practices. Please beware of Banfield's tendency to over vaccinate animals. I would never recommend anyone use ANY Banfield facility, particularly this one. Do not use a vet who prefers animal drop offs vs. appointments. You should take an active role in all vet appointments - just as you would with a human child. Ask questions and do not solely rely on the vet to make your animal's health decisions. The person in a white coat does not always have your pets best interest at heart.

When we need supplies for our pets, this is one of the best places in Atlanta to head. The facility is well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful people. Great selection of products at the right price.

From dog food to grooming to overnight boarding, I only take my little cocker spaniel to this Petsmart. The people in grooming recognize my dog by name, and always go out of their way to make sure he is happy. The people at PetsHotel are amazing and some of the best 'animal people' I have ever been around. I trust them with my dog 110%.

Petsmart is terrific - my dog loves to take a trip there. Everything is clean and organized. My puppy was enrolled in "Puppy School" - it taught me a lot about caring for a dog. Petsmart is the best invention for animal owners.
