I have seen pet stores so small, you can barely make it through the aisles. That's not the case with PetSmart. The store is very clean and the variety is quite extensive. Their prices on some things are a little high, but for the most part, very comperable to every where else. Employees seem to really enjoy their work and the environment is very pet friendly.

I just think they need more staff, it is difficult to find someone at this location when you need to find something, and since this is a popular location they should work on thier stock. Sometimes they are out of stock for a lot of things and I will have to go to another location out of the way. Other than that. All Petsmart stores are very friendly and nice.

We had a cat that we took to this location for yearly treatments. They were a little pricier than other clinics, but they gave a good examination. They pused their pet insuance which we took because our cat had feline leukemia and we thought it was best. If their claims for costs without the insurance were accurate, it actually was cheaper overall. The problem with the insurance is if the cat died during the year, you still had to pay for the whole year. We did not renew the insurance since the cat was getting worse. It died in a few months, but lived a very good life of over 15 years.
