I take both my Siberian Huskies to see the grooming manager, Jillian. I do the express groom so I can stay with my babies. My female can be quite difficult but Jillian handles her just fine! They always look great after they're done. However, Jillian will be the ONLY groomer at that location to touch my dogs. The other staff is loud, unprofessional, rude and not helpful. I will continue going only because of Jillian and there is a note made that only she can even touch my dogs.

We've been taking our small furbaby, Sophie for grooming for quite some time. Alot of the time, her cut wasen't up to my expectations, except from one groomer.So we insist on having Jillian, the grooming manager to take care of Sophie

I get all my kitty supplies at this location. They have a large selection and the customer service is good most of the time.

Very poor service at this location. I'd make the trip to perimeter. Seems very congested and cashiers are not helpful nor are they friendly.

My 4 year old dog had NEVER given a groomer trouble before going to this PetSmart location! Without contacting me, they used an e-collar on my 10 lb dog, saying he was too difficult to handle. This was nonchalantly mentioned to me when I picked him up. The idea of a frustrated stranger shocking my dog without my verbal permission is too scary. I cannot imagine having to resort to this on a 10 lb dog.
