We called on Wednesday at 4pm with a plumbing problem, Gary was here at 7am the next morning, thanks Pete's! In addition to being family owned and operated, the quick service and expertise is why you should call Pete's. Don't waste your time with the big companies that take your call at a call center and have to dispatch someone for $89 to give you a quote, go with Pete's Plumbing.

Called 2X over Xmas weekend with broken main water pipe. Never called back. Again 1st thing Mon - phone went immediately to music. No answer - When I call for a plumber, I really need one. I've used Pete's in the past. This was a VERY disappointing experience. I had another plumber that was at my home within 2 hours of my call. That was service beyond my expectation. I'm now his customer.

Positive=on time, tightened outside faucet, great job and asked for other items to fill the hour (I guess). Negative = job took only 30 min but charged 1 hour time, very expensive $192.00 to replace a shower spout and did not caulk the new spout. this is left to the customer.

Ive been using Petes Plumbing for 1 year now with multiple (4) calls. Every time the operator is courteous and very good at understanding the problem and gets a guy out right away. Ive used the Gary(s) and they are great.. make sure to ask for them. I highly suggest this company and are always willing to work with you on a fair price while getting professional service. -Austin

After being scammed by another plumber Pete's took 30 minutes to answer all of my questions before I even decided to use them. The tech explained all of his work while he was here and it was still cheaper than the first plumber who didn't fix it right!

Contacted them after having another plumber out. We explained the other plumber said that parts were no longer available for our leaking kitchen faucet. They said not to worry, they kept all of the parts on their truck. We agreed to the steep $135 charge. They came and said they did not have the parts and could not get them. My wife said there was no way that she would pay the $135 service charge. They agreed to half. I honestly cannot believe they took half when they misrepresented what they could do. We told them specifically what the other plumber had said. We clearly would not have had them come out if they did not tell us not to worry as they would have the parts. As disappointed with Kudzu for high recommendations as I am with them.

These guys did a great job - had a leak around the bottom of the toilet. They came out quickly, on-time, and with a fair-price. Took the extra time to explain what was wrong and showed me the broken part.

They charged $185 to relace a $25 thermocouple part in water heater. They did respond quickly to my call and got the water heater working again when others might have tried to sell me a new water heater. I just feel that I was overcharged, based upon the part itself is only a $25 item, so they charged $160 for about 30 minutes labor.

I've used them for years with wonderful results. When my water heater died, they were on the way to replace it. I will call them again for any future work needed!

Like one of the other reviewers mentioned, they quoted us a price and the actual invoice was $20 less...how often does that happen? Extremely good service from the call to the actual visit to our home. Without a doubt I will use them again and recommend to friends. We had another plumber (Sunshine Plumbing) which quoted us rates that were 50% higher and also suggested work that didn't need to be done. Thank you again everyone at Pete's Plumbing!
