There were dead fish in every single tank. One tank had a serious case of Ich. The employees said they knew about the outbreak, but if that's the case why are those fish still for sale and in a tank which will circulate the disease to all the other fish in the store? They have signs up for species they haven't had available for a year (according to the employee). There were multiple dead ornamental snails in the tanks, and a mound of dozens of dead shrimp in one tank. All the tanks look unclean, with detritus clouding the water and killing the aquatic plants. The fish they have available are all very common, no surprises. Overall a surprisingly bad experience. I've been to other petlands that were amazingly clean, with a great variety of interesting uncommon fish and plants. Avoid this one because of the Ich Disease Outbreak if nothing else. I was shocked that they'd let it get as bad as it is (multiple severely infected fish, several dead).

I bought a puppy from here that came with a mountain of health problems. When you purchase an puppy from here you must visit their vet to activate the warranty. I did this he said the dog was healthy a few days later he stopped eating and was sleeping all day. I took him back to their preferred vet. He said it was nothing major and sent us home. My new dog continued to get worse I brought him back he was given fluids and then we were sent on our way again. Still no improvement we returned again nothing serious and sent home. Finally I took him to my vet and he was diagnosed with sever pneumonia( he almost didn't make it). He was hospitalized for a month. Pet-land covered nothing. I could never get anyone to return my phones calls I went to the store and the manger would avoided me. My vet told me he got sick from being transported from the breeder to the store. And then not being treated properly it just got worse. I spent thousands to save my pet.
