Shopping at this location since over a year, and usually find what I need. Nevertheless, as in any other store, merchandise might break or unfit for use. What you would usually do is bring it back and either exchange it or ask for a refund. NOT AT THIS STORE!!! Management showed no sense or capability to understand the most simple scenario, and refused to provide an in-store exchange, since product "could not be resold". Management appeared totally incompetent, and I am surprised that a corporation like Petsmart would employ this kind of staff. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives...

My dog needed a vet right away for an infection and Dr. Freshwater (thats her name!) was so helpful and I was able to get right in on a weekend without a prior appointment. My dog is fine now and everyone there was really nice.

I reccomend Petsmart because they have been so helpful and knowledgeable over the past several years. I adopted a kitten several years ago and the process went very smoothly. The shots were free ans so was the neutering. They always have the products I need and are very quick to suggest new products. They make owning pets easy and hassle free. I am so happy to hav one near me.
