I'll Be Back
After much urging from friends, I grabbed a pal and journeyed to the PF Chang's on Chandler and the 101. I was not disappointed.
The ambience was cool and comfortable. Our waiter was both charming and accommodating. He answered our questions knowledgeably and mixed our table sauce expertly. (Yes, the wait staff will mix this personally at your table to your taste. )
When my dinner companion jokingly complained that he had not refilled her water glass, he apologized profusely and filled her glass. We never noticed all evening that he used only one arm the entire time. (He shared that he had been hit by a car two months earlier and he had yet to regain full use of his arm!) He continued to give exemplary service all evening and refilled my soda three times without my asking once.
I ordered the lamb stir fry and the pea pods. I thought the pods needed salt but the lamb was heavenly! It was tender, succulent and perfectly seasoned. I could not finish the entire entree' there was so much.
I thought the price was a little steep but for such great food and service, it was well worth the expense. We will be back to try more of the tasty dishes at PF Changs.
