Phillips & Associates went above and beyond to help my husband when he got a DUI. It happened in Blythe so they got one of their partner firms to make it to every court hearing in California and they did it for a really really good price. They were really friendly and helpful!

I was misrepresented from minute one in that I was told I only qualified to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy, not Chapter 7. Why? Because by filing Ch. 13 a client PAYS THE FIRM 3 times as much as they would by filing Ch. 7! I wonder whose interest these idiots are representing..?! DO NOT RETAIN THIS USELESS LAW FIRM UNLESS YOU HAVE A L0T OF MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!! Joe Senicka

I am currently going through a divorce which unfortunately I am needing to file bankruptcy. I went in for their free consultation. I did not even meet with a paralegal but a "non-attorney". I ended up meeting with 3 different guys feeling very pressured to use their service. It was worse than buying a car. I will never go back to them. It is hard enough of a time to go through a life changing event like this, but with the added stress, not worth it!

I was charged $5600 for a DUI representation. They advised me not to appear in court and they would appear on my behalf. The judge issued a "Failure to Appear" warrant and I was arrested. I was arraigned and given a new misdemeanor charge. They charged me $291.00/hour to go to court and get the charge dropped! I am still fighting with them. Worhtless! I would have been better off representing myself....and a little better off financially!

I was accused of DUI and they took care of it. They hired experts from Tucson to Flagstaff and the judge ended up throwing the charges away! My record is clean thanks to them. Good job. (It took them a whole year but as they explained to me, postponing it is a legal tactic that extends the success possibilities of the trial).

I see their advertisment on TV and they are not as helpful and reasonable as advertised. They do not tell you that your fine and your time in custody has already been decided by the law and that there is very little that anyone can do to get around these laws.
