Buyer beware, 9/02/2009

I hired Dean to replace a concrete two car carport that had cracked and was sinking (after 26 yrs). They also replaced a two car width concrete driveway. The carport surface has 'birdbath'... depressions that hold water, it is already cracking in only a few years, a poured concrete pad not installed square reminds me everyday of the poor workmanship! The driveway approach apron cracked early on. Found out later that he uses friends and relatives to post the few good reviews. My mistake for not checking them out more thoroughly.

Great Work!, 7/02/2007

Phoenix repaired a crack in the brick veneer on a house we were trying to sell. They were very responsive to my initial phone call and scheduled the work within our time frame. The work was... performed beautifully with no damage to the surrounding foliage. We were very impressed with the work and the speed at which it was performed. Thanks Dean!!

Highly Recommend

Very impressed!! First, I actually got a return phone call. That in itself is a feat. Dean and his guys were great to work with, they were on time, very polite and the workmanship is awesome. They left my home as if they were never here, except for my new patio and retaining wall. Which I love, by the way. We will soon be building a pool and will insist Phoenix Concrete does the deck. Thanks again.
