Assuming this is the on-line company PhotoBarn.com-- the web sites and addresses (and other poor reviews seem to confirm that it is)... Not happy. Web site stinks! Customer service is...MIA??? Site is difficult to navigate. It doesn t save photos you upload even after creating account/logging in (so if you time-out, you re dead in the water). You cannot preview your project before placing the order, not even a thumbnail (just a generic photo of your product). The on-line chat function is not operational so you re forced to call 888#. Even worse, when you call the 888# it says they may not return your call for 3 business days due to overwhelming success of their Groupon. ). The groupon I was using was purchased in early November...it's a month later. I placed my order in early December but they can't deliver product until January??? Trust me PhotoBarn, I won t be back anytime soon for your over-priced wood-block photo ornaments. So disappointed to learn that you are a local business too...did not realize this when I purchased the Groupon.
