Brought my Acura in for inspection and they come in, repaired any issues quickly and under budget with communication throughout the entire process. I would recommend this dealer to family or friends. Ryan Tepper and the rest of the service team and kind, polite and knowledgeable individuals.

The overall service I received was great, I could have not been happier with this dealership. Everyone is professional, friendly and competent. This was a very easy sale, no hassle. I would defiantly recommend this dealership.

Jamie DiFebo is probably the most customer friendly salesperson with which I have and the pleasure to work. His professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and personal follow up during and after the purchase made the purchase experience at Piazza Acura a pleasure.

This is the second Acura I've gotten from this dealership and I plan to keep coming back. Even though I live an hour and a half away (and closer to several other dealerships), Jamie and his team provide the absolute best service and make it worth the travel. They are trustworthy, friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate you. When I arrived to the dealership, they were so prepared and helped make the process informative while also being extremely efficient and sensitive to the limited amount of time I had. I truly can't say enough good things about Jamie, Scott and the entire team at Piazza!

They were very professional. They explained everything to me. I had a wonderful experience there. I have gone to another Acura dealership and it was horrendous. I do have something to compare to it.

My salesperson, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations with respect to manner in which I was treated. There was no high pressure and he was exceedingly patient with my total lack of tech ability. I have been totally turned off by high pressure tactics of sales personnel at other dealerships. Obviously, your personnel are trained in customer service and it shows.
