Bad Customer Service, Attitude and Mediocre Cake
I have been a customer at Piece of Cake from time to time, but no more. Yesterday I ran in to get a piece of red velvet, the woman working had a BAD attitude(didn't say thank you, threw me a bag when I asked for one) and when I asked a question about the area, the response from both employees was Buckhead snotty. The cake is just ok, nothing that stands out-not worth the price tag or the attitude.

Wow....yum
The strawberry cupcakes (or cake) are to die for! Only wish they would offer it all the time. Second favorite is the coconut.delicious!...

DRY Cake, Duncan Hines would have been better!!!!
i ordered heart shaped red velvet cake for my son with shipping &handling it was 55.00, sent to his Navy base in SC. He loves their cakes, but the last 3 times we got cakes from them they were dry. He wasnt even going to tell me b/c he didnt want to hurt my feelings. I emailed Piece of Cake & they never responded back. I am not at all suprised, they have really BAD customer service!!! Don't have to worry about seeing me there anymore! Good Riddance !!!

The best of all around Atlanta
I would get back any time I can ,not just me .I am real Bakery lover and I know someone else who loves places like that .That place is just amazing.There are other places too ,but that one is thoroughly worth any dimes spend on. I love the whole selection of cakes and things that they have .

Disappointed
From the Decatur location:\rI bought 2 cakes this past weekend for a Happy 40 & 50 Birthday party and really wanted extraordinary cakes for such an event.\rWhen guests saw the Piece of Cake box, they were excitedbut when they tasted; their excitement deflated, especially with the chocolate.\rI was also unhappy that they refused to pipe 40 and 50 on each. I get it, there ""above"" that; but for $80+ I expected to be accomadated.\rI really wanted the strawberry cake for my birthday, but I think I may hint for a Publix cake instead.at least their acommadating & consistent....
