I have been taking my car here for 2 years. All of my work has been performed well and in a reasonable amount of time. Today, I was just in for an oil change. It was done quickly, the inspection... turned up no surprise needs for more extensive/expensive work, and the cost with a free tire rotation was $34. The office person (Monica) was very friendly. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Went in for an oil change and asked for a diagnostic since I had failed my emissions test. Once my oil change was complete, I asked about the inspection sheet that I had... received with my previous oil change there (when they had been very nice to me). I was denied the sheet and was told that it had been thrown away. When asked about the results, the cashier woman (Monica) had a quick negative attitude change and went to the back to talk to the gentleman who changed my oil. Without explaining every single individual thing that happened after that, they just took their sweet time with getting to me and answering any of my questions as well as giving me the run-around with the inspection that I now believe they never did. Originally, I thought my car was repaired. I have been back over 3 times to resolve the same issue they should have fixed the first time. And it's still not fixed. Now I have to take my cadillac to the dealership to get repaired. I wish I would have looked at their BBB rating. It's an F. Be careful!
They have repaired my car on 2 occasions-one for an oil leak, another for brake problems. On both occasions, they were completely professional, courteous and thorough. The price was spot on with their estimate and the car was ready when they said it would be. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable. They are my go-to repair shop and I highly recommend you take your vehicle there. They will be your new go-to repair shop as well.
Keven was great, My car runs smooth now. Being new in town I wasn't sure where to go that was reputable. Reading others' Kudzu ratings for Lindbergh Exxon led me to feel confident about my choice, and I am glad I did. I won't take my car anywhere else.
I got my oil changed here and was quite thankful that this shop is honest and has great customer service. There are also great coupons on their website which make them a fantastic value as well. They didn't try to upsell me on tons of things. They just politely pointed out a couple of things I should check out. I'll definitely be going back.
At first, I went to a Just Brakes right by my place. While I was getting an estimate done for my car, I did some internet research on my phone and read some unfavorable reviews on that location. Needless t say, I decided not to get them done there. I searched Kudzu for a reputable brake repair place and found Piedmont at Lindbergh Exxon Automotive. I read the reviews and decided I would go a little out of my way to get my brakes done. Stan gave me a quote for replacing my rotors, and he showed me that the brake pads do not need to be replaced yet. I would take my car back there again.
a few weeks ago i had a flat,the exxon was closed but john took the time to change my tire and refused the money I tried to give him. thanks for the help john,and I will come to get my oil changed with you guys
I brought my car for a oil change and possible tune up.I was greeted by Tom with a smile, this put me at ease. I expressed I wanted my oil changed and thought I needed a tune up too. Tom was very helpful, he told me that they would check to see if I did and let me know. Well a short time later just as he said, he let me know I did not need a tune up and we agreed on the oil change only. I appreciated his honesty, he could of easily sold me a tune up I did not need.Honesty and real customer service is hard to find these days.I experienced honesty & customer service at it's best at this exxon service station. I will be sure to recommend this company to my friends.

I cannot believe what a great experience I had at this service station. I needed my car repaired before my car would pass emissions, the guys here had a desire to help me and the price was just right. While I was waiting for my car I saw that I was not the only one getting great service. I will be back for all my car needs and I will be bringing my familys cars here as well. Thank You guys.

The folks here are great and honest businessmen. They always tell me exactly what the problem might be and give me an accurate price calculation prior to doing any work. They always are gentlemen and never try to upsell me on anything. I have a 2004 Toyota Tundra and I use them for general service as well as any repairs that I need. They are way cheaper than my dealership ever was and I always leave with the feeling that I have really found a neighborhood service station that I can rely on.
I recently took my Saturn to this location for an engine diagnostic. They later called to advise the issue and the charge to fix it. I authorized the service and waited. I returned a few hours later and was told the sensor could not be found. So there was no charge for even the engine diagnostic that he completed. That was impressive in my book to say the least. I will return there for other auto needs as they arise.
Negative attitude. Would not help problem solve with emissions. No explanation of what issue was, just told to 'Go somewhere else.' Very rude people. Long wait.
We received a mailer for an oil change at Lindbergh Exxon and decided to give it a shot. Definite mistake. Came by at noon on a Monday and they stated that they only do oil changes by appointment and it would be Weds at the earliest. So we booked it on Friday at 8am and when we arrived for that appointment they stated that they dont make appointments and it would be hours before they would even take it. Take your money elsewhere.
I take my Mercedes and my Honda, and they are always right on with the repair and the service. Customer service is on point always, and speed of the repir is also great.
