We received a mailer for an oil change at Lindbergh Exxon and decided to give it a shot. Definite mistake. Came by at noon on a Monday and they stated that they only do oil changes by appointment and it would be Weds at the earliest. So we booked it on Friday at 8am and when we arrived for that appointment they stated that they dont make appointments and it would be hours before they would even take it. Take your money elsewhere.

I take my Mercedes and my Honda, and they are always right on with the repair and the service. Customer service is on point always, and speed of the repir is also great.

I stopped by the Exxon today based on the other Kudzu reviews. I must say that you guys were right on. I am/ was having trouble passing the emissions test, and needed an oil change. I've tried to have this fixed before at a previous auto shop specializing in Honda's and they charged me over $400. Exxon only charged me less than $200. For me, the price was right!

I took my SUV in for a electrical problem due to a rat chewing my fuel injection wires. I was later informed that it was going to be about $450.00 to repair the wires and replace a fuel injector that had shorted out. I was again called and informed that it was only going to be about $150.00 because the mechanic realized that his diagnostic equipment was not working properly and the injector was good. They could have ripped me off and I would not have known it. Great job and honest people.

I called for an estimate for an oxygen sensor quite from them and it was $216.00. All the rest I checked were 150.00 and that was for the good sensor also. The other Firestone I brought it to was $150.00.you choose but get other estimates.

I took my car to Gwinnett Place Nissan for an oil change and was told I needed more than $1,500 in 'repairs,' including replacing a water pump and fixing engine oil leaks. I took the car to Exxon Automotive @ Lindbergh. They checked out the car and found that I didn't have ANY engine oil leaks and didn't need a new water pump. These guys could have easily hustled me for $500 or more but didn't. They performed general service maintenance for WAY less than the dealership. I'm proud to say that I've found a new mechanic and won't trust ANYONE else with my car again. Thanks Exxon Automotive @ Lindbergh. Big thanks to Roland. I was also able to use the 15% off Kudzu coupon. These guys rock!!! Highly recommend!!!

I was able to schedule an appointment for same day service on the weekend after my vehicle spontaneously decided not to start. After correctly diagnosing the problem (a dead battery) and letting me know this repair would be covered by my warranty, I had my 30,000 mi. tune-up done for $100 less than what it would have cost me at the dealership. The truck was ready when they said it would be and they didn't try to force me to buy a battery from them -- I saved over $50 having this done at the dealership. All things considered, this shop made what could have been a hassle a rather pleasant experience.

I took my car here to get the O2 sensor replaced - they used the same part as the dealer and charged me about 50% less. They also ran down my last list of dealer service items and told me how much I would have saved with them - it was an amazing difference! The guys here were very friendly and I've already taken my car back for tires - I'd do it again and again. Convenient to Marta, for those who need to hop on and go to work. I used the 15% off Kudzu discount!

I recently stopped in with my best friend and was very impressed with the quick and quality service that was provided in the shop. The staff was very courteous and extremely knowledgable about what needed to be done to the vehicle. The store also looked really great overall with the recent remodeling. I will definitely visit this shop for any future repairs on my truck and will recommend this shop to my friends!

My husband brought a 2002 Nissan Sentra with a broken dip stick to this shop, they replaced it for 10 dollars. We had the same repair/replacement done at the Nissan Dealer in Chamblee for $249 That says it all. Honest guys, great job

This is the first oil change I've got without a 30 minute sales pitch! The clerk was friendly, knowledgeable and understood the value of time. I always price auto services before I bring my truck in, and found their prices to be extremely competitive. It's great to finally find a service station that you can trust with your truck and your wallet!
