I have had long term back problems from my career as a plumber. Never did I realize my spine was so out of alignment until I met Diannah. She has me doing excercises using muscles I didn't know... existed. The sessions are always educational. My overall form feels stronger and longer. It is a challenge to get into the balanced state of mind but the rewards are definately worth it. Diannah is an excellent teacher as well as being patient and personable which makes me feel comfortable. I've been taking one-on-one Pilates from Dianah for over 5 years. She is an excellent instructor who has a keen eye to guide clients in correct body position for optimal benefits! Her coaching communication skills puts the client at-ease. After every session, I feel a sense of well being that I carry forward with me.

Pilate Your Body is the best exercise program I have ever done. I am getting stronger and losing weight, I am also improving my posture and body awareness. She really knows about more than just exercise. I feel I am getting much more than just an exercise program. She is very patient and non- judgemental. I needed that! The studio is nice, more than adequately equipped. Instructor is the best! She is very patient, is creative & makes the sessions fun. She is very knowledeable, up-to-date in her style & techniques. It shows that she has extensive training, way beyond just an ordinary degree. Most of all you know she loves what she does, thus helps you to love it as well. She care about you personally and takes you seriously.
Pilates has made such a difference in the health of my back! It only took about 4-6 weeks to feel a difference!!! Diannah is a terrific teacher - very patient and attentive. She has a good eye for form & makes the most of each workout.

I've been working with Diannah at Pilate Your Body for only three months and what a difference! I have much better strength and flexibility. The best part is Diannah, my instructor. She is ever patient with me, forgiving of my crazy schedule, and sees all! I sometimes think she has x-ray eyes because she can see when I am even a hair out of alignment and she keeps me in the proper form. I can't say enough about Diannah's knowledge and enthusiasm for Pilates and her clients. I've been working with Diannah for 6 weeks. My husband, a chiropractor, suggested I regularly do Pilates to help correct a posture problem that was becoming more pronounced and painful. While my back didn't get in this shape overnight, I can already tell and feel a difference with my twice weekly sessions. I can tell that the muscles that need the most work are responding. Diannah has echoed several things my husband has said about my problems, what I need to do now to correct them, and the certain results in the future if I don't, and they have never met or talked to each other! She could just look at me and tell what my 'issues' were. She has been very good about tailoring my program to fit my needs & problems, researching various exercises in between my sessions to work on the areas where I need concentration, and she's always ready with many different exercises and alternatives to try. Having had a personal weight trainer in the past who was very good, Diannah is even better. She has a real passion for what she does and a wealth of knowledge. She is good about sticking to our appointment schedule and makes sure we have our next weekly meeting times scheduled. I highly recommend her. I do not think you will be disappointed with her or the physical benefits you will receive. I also have a lot more energy nowadays as this has been my only form of exercise over the past few months. I don't feel nearly as tired as quickly as I did before I started working with her

I never dreamed that I could do Pilates.It seems so complicated. But thanks to my expert teacher Diannah, I am experiencing amazing results after only four private lessons and a couple of group sessions. Diannah is patient, gentle, and inspired by this work. I am noticing greater strength and focus in other areas of my life as well. I intend to keep going with Pilates.
I began taking pilates with Diannah last month and have had 1 or 2 private sessions a week and I also attend a group session when possible. I am very overweight and out of shape. Pilates have helped me to be inspired to get more fit and to lose wieght. I feel so much more in control of my body and I have much more flexibility and much better posture. In addition to pilates, I do aerobics at least 30 minutes a day and I am watching what I eat. In the past 3 weeks I've lost 5 lbs. I hope to continue pilates for a very long time. Dinnah has been wonderfully patient and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her as a teacher. Karen Morgan
