Emily is a highly qualified and flexible instructor. She works with you where you are and helps you achieve your fitness goals. I look better and feel better - blood pressue lowered in only a few weeks.

Pilates is an excellent way to train the core of your body and general flexibility. I have never taken on any sport that showed real results in a relative short time by investing only two training sessions a week. It is a fun way to improve your health and Emily is a great teacher and because of the small groups you get a lot of personal attention. If you have challenges, no problem, she will make sure you won't over do it. Excellent way of excercise to improve any type of other sport you are doing from playing golf to tennis to horseback riding.
