Totally rip-off
I'd like to point out, that I believe most members are Microsoft employees or families, so they are paid by Microsoft, not by themselves.I had membership with this club, paid by myself, since I'm not a Microsoft employee, well, anymore. It's a totally rip-off! Single membership is over $110 and family rate is around $170! There is one 24-Hours gum close to Fred Meyer and it costs a fraction and it has better facilities. I closed my account at Pine Lake Columbia Club right after 24-Hour was open. My advice is - stay away from this club unless:1. It's paid by your company2. You have way too much money to spend.

Good place if you're serious about your workout
It may not have a huge spa with valet parking, but the Pine Lake Club has what you need to get in shape. The equipment is refreshed regularly and is kept well maintained. The fitness staff are very knowledgable, and even open minded to alternative fitness philosophies. The clientele in general seem serious about their workout as opposed to, e.g. looking for dates. I've seen everyone from high school athletes to young moms to professionals to committed bodybuilders. I've recently started taking some of the fitness classes they offer for free to members - they're great, and I'm seeing really impressive results in their adaptation of the ""Body Pump"" methodology. The Mind Body classes are extra ($5 apiece or $15/month) but offer a good variety of yoga, pilates courses. I really enjoyed the yoga course I took.

Try the Mongolian Beef
We've never actually eaten at the restaurant, but we order out a lot. Their lunch menu and prices are right up my alley: great selection and under 8 bucks. You get soup, fried wontons, rice, and an entree. My all time fave is their Mongolia...
