I got my nails done at Pink nails for 2 years before I had a bad experience, and after the first bad experience it never got better each time. The first bad experience, was the reason I stopped going. The first time, the owner's kids were running rampant in the salon as always. The little girl peed her pants, and took them off. After she peed, she took off her pants and then they owners let her continue to runaround with pee pants and sit on the furniture that customers sit on. GROSS! I stopped going there for a year after that. When my wedding rolled around, I figured I would give it another try since I did like Michelle's work. BAD MISTAKE. I scheduled an appointment a month before my wedding for the day before my wedding. I scheduled to be with Michelle ( owner, and only one with a professional license) for 10:30 am. I called to confirm the day before my appointment, and Michelle asked me to come around 10:00 so that she could do me first. The day of my appt, they showed up at 1030 am to open! So I was waiting on them! Then they let walk in's go ahead of me. When Michelle finally got to me, she tried to tell me to go with a more expensive nail, even though I told her I only needed a basic acrylic. She put a full set on in 15 mins with paint. They were crooked and UGLY!When I told her they were croked she said " WELL YOU SHOULD TELL ME BEFORE I POLISH. " I told her I didnt think she woul actually leave them like that! I paid, and left. I had to go get fixed after I left.

I went into this place of business for a manicure and a pedicure. After the technician did my pedicure, we went over to her table for the manicure. In the process of the manicure, she cut my left ring finger right next to the nail and took out a big piece of skin. It has continued to bleed for over an hour. When I asked the technician to stop and if I could just have lotion and go, she obliged. I went to the front to pay and the manager was at the front desk. The manager, Michelle asked me for a total of $40. I told her that it wasn't fair for her to charge me the entire price of the manicure as the technician had cut my finger and it was hurting pretty badly. Michelle then replied, "There is nothing I can do. She said sorry." So I gave her $40 cash (as I didn't want to walk out and get arrested) and told her it was unacceptable that she was treating me this way in light of the large cut on my finger. During my manicure, the young technician openly told me that the management had trained her and that she did NOT have a professional license.

I've never had problems at this salon, everyone is always nice. I get a thank you every time. I get the best pedicures there, and will refer anyone to Pink Nails. They do an amazing job doing solar nails, very durable and never had a problem. I won't go anywhere else!

Dont listen to any of these nasty reviews. I have been going to pink nails for over 2 years now. It took me a very long time to find someone as good as Michelle to do my nails exactly how I want them. I have not been to another nail salon since. I am very picky and michelle knows exactly what I want, and does a fab job everytime! I would highly recommend pink nails to anyone.

My experience here is that the man is kinda friendly if I initiated a conversation; His wife, however has NO personality and has the look of disgust on her face! She knows english well but chooses NOT to speak to customers! If she was gone, I'm sure the salon would be a better atmosphere. Robert! GET A DIVORCE FROM HER!!!

Don't expect to be greeted with a smile or even a hello. Don't expect to be talked to. Don't expect a thank you when you leave. They may know how to do nails but the atmosphere is stale, dry and very very cold.
