I saw Dr. Burris for my shoulder which I had been having trouble with for a couple of months. He listened to all that I had to say and then gave me multiple treatment options. I recommend him to all of my friends

If Kennestone ER recs any doctors at this practice ask for another rec or find one on ur own. You will be treated like a cookie cutter patient. Doctors are unyielding and don't give you all the information about your treatment or time in cast etc. Piece meal it. Any doctor who answers a question with "It's not my problem" should probably find another profession

Saw Dr.Samuel Fleming at this practice and had the WORST experience that I have EVER had with a physician. After discussing the issue that I was there for, I began to ask questions about the options for my treatment. I guess I was asking TOO MANY questions about MY treatment because in the middle of one of my questions, Dr. Fleming (poor excuse for a Dr.) turned his computer monitor around to me and said, "As you can see, I have all these other people to see today, so if you'll excuse me..." At that moment, he turned his back to me and began to dictate into his dictation equipment about MY visit without saying another word to me and not even letting me know if he had completed his visit with me or not. If I cannot ask questions about MY personal treatment, then, Dr. Fleming, you are NOT WORTHY of MY business or MY time. If you want to be treated by an UNCARING and UNPROFESSIONAL physician, then this is the place for you, if not, then, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!! (Should have been a clue to me when the receptionist told me as I scheduled my appointment, not to be alarmed, but he is "a little WEIRD")...WOW!!!

Went here for my 4 year olds broken arm. Very impersonal and rude at the front desk, waited over an hour in the waiting room with 2 little kids. This place is not set up for pediatrics at all. The people that work here need some training on how to work with kids. Waited all that time just for the doctor to say, yep it's broke, put a cast on, then walked out of the room, didn't ask if I had other questions or anything. Very rude and did not have a good experience. Find somewhere else to go, a smaller practice!!

Please believe me, you should NEVER allow a loved one to go to see any doctors here. They do NOT care about their patients at all. I could tell you the whole story, but I am to disgusted to even type it out. Awful, awful uncaring and unprofessional staff and doctors.

Fleming will butcher you and ruin your life forever as he did my wife. It took him two operations and he still couldn't get it right, She was butchered so bad other doctors can't fix her and she will end up in a wheel chair. Hope he sleeps well at night.

I can only speak on who I've seen but, Dr. Jessical Bilotta is the BEST doctor in the group. She is thorough, sweet, caring and professional. I consider her a friend and never question her medical advice. She stays current on new practices in her field. If you needs sports orthopedic medical attention, ask for her. She is GREAT!!

I went to their old office when they were more personable. Their new office shows they are about money. It's really nice, but it cost a pretty penny. The waiting, visit and x-ray were all over 2 hours of time. We went during lunchtime, and when we finally left, everyone was having cheese cake. Where was mine for waiting in your patient room for an hour and 10 minutes? The doctor did spend a bit of time with us, though he did rush us out. He was with us for about 8 minutes. The bill was $140, plus $106 with x-rays. Insurance discount of $115.59. Total $130.41.

I was referred to Pinnacle by my Primary Care Physician. The waiting room was filled to capacity with some of the most unhappy people I've ever seen. As I waited for an hour to be seen by the Doctor, I overheard at least a half dozen complaints about how the office always runs behind an hour and sometimes more. One guy said that he usually waits 90 minutes to be seen. Another guy blessed out a staff member for keeping him waiting two hours. Since Pinnacle is outside of my insurance network, I was self-pay. I had called to confirm the total, but when I got to check-out, I was told that the price I had been given was incorrect and that the total was going to be a fair amount higher. I explained that I'd be happy to pay the amount I had been quoted, but that I was not going to pay more. After waiting for 40 minutes for the lady to go back to the Doctor to have him approve the charge and make a number of calls, I finally paid the fee and left. All told, I was there for 2 hours and was seen by the Doctor for literally five minutes. The Doctor and staff I dealt with were friendly and polite, but I cannot reccomend that you use Pinnacle unless you have no other choice. My impression is that it is a high volume worker's comp/medicaid-oriented business. There are other options out there that provide better service.

I had a knee problem and was recommended to one the knee specialist in the office. I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk. Then the nurse was nice and professional when she took me to the back. The doctor was busy that morning but took the time to explain what was going on with my knee and showed me my xrays in detail. Check-out personal was very polite. I would highly recommend this practice.

First, they were 3 hours late takingg me for my first appt because "the computers are down". They have no "downtime" system. Second...Dorthy..."Have a blessed day" says her message...And THAT IS ALL YOU WILL EVER HEAR FROM HER! Two weeks now to get papers filled for insurance...I will keep this updated...Do I need to get an attorney?

I had an accident. I should have been referred to an arm specialist immediately. Instead the Dr. told us what a great surgeon he was. When recovery was poor he said it was because I did not do as he told me. But never would pin himself down on what that meant. I went to 3 arm specialist who immediately spotted the problem. They showed on the x-ray where it had nothing to do with what I did or did not do. They were displeased with the "blame the patient routine." He also put false information in the chart because the staff did not speak to the patient for the information. It is an entirely different experience working with a specialist who is good, not one who has to tell you he is good. A bad experience leaves a sour taste for a long time.

I got a referral from ER doctor after a visit for herniated disk and had appt. for July 15th. I had braught a physicians form to be filled out for after visit so I could be paid for time off work. At the end of visit, the nurse said it would be 3-5 days to be completed. I was told it was to be handled by "Dorthy" and started calling Friday 18th and then again mon 21st. NEVER called back. Called asst. Admin. and she said Dorthy would call me back and didn't. Called agian Tues (22nd) and they made Dorthy come to phone and she said she would call me today (23rd) and I called her about noon and she got an attitude with me saying she would call me back today and now office is closed and never called!! I have been misled, tossed around and lied to from the start. They were also suppose to pre certify a MRI for me and here it is week and 1/2 later and STILL no word from them on that!! I will NEVER use or reccomend this group to anyone!! They do not care about the patient after the visit.
