This place is complete BULL SH*T. My grandfather is in excruciating pain, so he made an appointment with them for Tuesday for an epidural. When he got there, the doctor that does epidurals was not available, so they made an appointment for Wednesday. The same thing happened. They sent him home with a prescription for the pain, but that he should just take Aleve if he can't get it filled, and that he would have to wait until FRIDAY to get a shot because apparently they only do epidurals one day a week. That is unacceptable. For an elderly man to come in who is almost dying of pain, and make him go like that for a whole week is absolutely unacceptable. They could care less. If you need someone to help you with a serious pain, I STRONGLY advise that you seek care elsewhere, because you won't get it here. If i could give negative stars I would.

I had an MRI Arthrogram with contrast of shoulder over a week ago,; and I know for a fact once the results were in my Wellstar My Charts that my Doctor at Pinnacle Ortho had them also. I even called the office regarding the results. For the office and doctor to know with regards to this test I have an injury to my shoulder and not contact me is reprehensible. I have no trust or faith in the doctor that he will treat me responsibly or with integrity. I am.at home SMH!!!!! really!!!!!!

I have been treated by 4 of their drs (different issues). Dr scott Swayze is magnificent, he replaced both of my knees after resurgens said it couldn't be done. Knees are perfect. He then sent me to see Dr Terrell for a deformed foot and ankle. 3 other surgeons told me all that could be done was amputation mid calf. He saved my foot and corrected an uncorrectable problem. I had previously seen Dr Fleming there. He was one of the worst drs I've ever met. He had a brace made for my foot that wouldn't fit in any shoe I could find. He was rude, planned dinner on the phone with his wife in my exam, uncaring and in my opinion a quack.

I saw Dr. Burris for my shoulder which I had been having trouble with for a couple of months. He listened to all that I had to say and then gave me multiple treatment options. I recommend him to all of my friends

If Kennestone ER recs any doctors at this practice ask for another rec or find one on ur own. You will be treated like a cookie cutter patient. Doctors are unyielding and don't give you all the information about your treatment or time in cast etc. Piece meal it. Any doctor who answers a question with "It's not my problem" should probably find another profession

Saw Dr.Samuel Fleming at this practice and had the WORST experience that I have EVER had with a physician. After discussing the issue that I was there for, I began to ask questions about the options for my treatment. I guess I was asking TOO MANY questions about MY treatment because in the middle of one of my questions, Dr. Fleming (poor excuse for a Dr.) turned his computer monitor around to me and said, "As you can see, I have all these other people to see today, so if you'll excuse me..." At that moment, he turned his back to me and began to dictate into his dictation equipment about MY visit without saying another word to me and not even letting me know if he had completed his visit with me or not. If I cannot ask questions about MY personal treatment, then, Dr. Fleming, you are NOT WORTHY of MY business or MY time. If you want to be treated by an UNCARING and UNPROFESSIONAL physician, then this is the place for you, if not, then, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!! (Should have been a clue to me when the receptionist told me as I scheduled my appointment, not to be alarmed, but he is "a little WEIRD")...WOW!!!

Went here for my 4 year olds broken arm. Very impersonal and rude at the front desk, waited over an hour in the waiting room with 2 little kids. This place is not set up for pediatrics at all. The people that work here need some training on how to work with kids. Waited all that time just for the doctor to say, yep it's broke, put a cast on, then walked out of the room, didn't ask if I had other questions or anything. Very rude and did not have a good experience. Find somewhere else to go, a smaller practice!!

Please believe me, you should NEVER allow a loved one to go to see any doctors here. They do NOT care about their patients at all. I could tell you the whole story, but I am to disgusted to even type it out. Awful, awful uncaring and unprofessional staff and doctors.

Fleming will butcher you and ruin your life forever as he did my wife. It took him two operations and he still couldn't get it right, She was butchered so bad other doctors can't fix her and she will end up in a wheel chair. Hope he sleeps well at night.

I can only speak on who I've seen but, Dr. Jessical Bilotta is the BEST doctor in the group. She is thorough, sweet, caring and professional. I consider her a friend and never question her medical advice. She stays current on new practices in her field. If you needs sports orthopedic medical attention, ask for her. She is GREAT!!

I went to their old office when they were more personable. Their new office shows they are about money. It's really nice, but it cost a pretty penny. The waiting, visit and x-ray were all over 2 hours of time. We went during lunchtime, and when we finally left, everyone was having cheese cake. Where was mine for waiting in your patient room for an hour and 10 minutes? The doctor did spend a bit of time with us, though he did rush us out. He was with us for about 8 minutes. The bill was $140, plus $106 with x-rays. Insurance discount of $115.59. Total $130.41.

I was referred to Pinnacle by my Primary Care Physician. The waiting room was filled to capacity with some of the most unhappy people I've ever seen. As I waited for an hour to be seen by the Doctor, I overheard at least a half dozen complaints about how the office always runs behind an hour and sometimes more. One guy said that he usually waits 90 minutes to be seen. Another guy blessed out a staff member for keeping him waiting two hours. Since Pinnacle is outside of my insurance network, I was self-pay. I had called to confirm the total, but when I got to check-out, I was told that the price I had been given was incorrect and that the total was going to be a fair amount higher. I explained that I'd be happy to pay the amount I had been quoted, but that I was not going to pay more. After waiting for 40 minutes for the lady to go back to the Doctor to have him approve the charge and make a number of calls, I finally paid the fee and left. All told, I was there for 2 hours and was seen by the Doctor for literally five minutes. The Doctor and staff I dealt with were friendly and polite, but I cannot reccomend that you use Pinnacle unless you have no other choice. My impression is that it is a high volume worker's comp/medicaid-oriented business. There are other options out there that provide better service.

I had a knee problem and was recommended to one the knee specialist in the office. I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk. Then the nurse was nice and professional when she took me to the back. The doctor was busy that morning but took the time to explain what was going on with my knee and showed me my xrays in detail. Check-out personal was very polite. I would highly recommend this practice.

They are always friendly and extremely helpful no matter how busy they are. Since I have been a patient for 3 years, I have visited 3 different offices and the Marietta location is hands down the best.
