Overall, I think the doctors and staff at Pinnacle are great... Although you seem to see their assists more than the actual doctor. Watch out for Sharion in the accounting department. She's made me cry every time I go there. This is not a place to go if you are uninsured or under insured. The payment plans are very unreasonable, and the woman in charge of them is absolutely heartless.

Recently visited Pinnacle for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience like so many others, was extremely disappointing. This practice is run like a people mill -- very unprofessional. I waited two hours in the waiting room and another half hour in the exam room. Dr. Lee finally came in asking, "So where do we hurt today!" Understand that I was a new patient and it was clear to me within a few minutes, that this doctor was not at all familiar with my medical history. They just want to throw some pain meds and anti-inflammatory drugs at you to keep you coming! When I made it clear that I was most interested in some other type of rehabilitative treatments (traction, massage, physical therapy), he jumped off the seat and said, "Wait a minute." He came back with a consultant from RS Medical and I was quickly shuffled out to sign up with her for a TENS unit. I didn't realize until I was finished with her, that Dr. Lee had already moved on to his next patient. We had all of five minutes together. Do yourself a favor.....find another group that actually cares about helping the patient. This group obviously gets lots of kickbacks for dispensing pharmaceuticals off label!
