RUDE and IMPATIENT, 7/02/2010

My driver didn't speak english, and I had to drive my car across town to 3 wrong locations for the pick-up. I finally called Pioneer on the phone to clarify the location. They are often rude on the... phone, and when they tell you they'll call you back (with an impatient tone), they never do. I had to follow up on their service too many times, and I will never contract with Pioneer auto service again.

I WILL NEVER USE PIONEER AGAIN, 2/26/2010

I WILL NEVR USE PIONEER EXPRESS AGAIN. The dispatcher wanted me to contact the driver (who did not speak English well) and he made me drive to meet him accross town. The contract I signed DID NOT... say Cash on Delivery and when I went to pay for the delivery with my credit card the driver drove my car back on the truck while I was on the phone trying to call Pioneer Auto Express. I told Pioneer that there was a misunderstanding and asked if I could Pay with a credit card because it was after 5pm and the Bank ATM can not give more than $400 a day. PIONEER SAID WE WILL CHARGE YOU $50 EXTRA DOLLARS TO USE A CREDIT CARD AND KEEP YOUR CAR UNTIL YOU PAY. I am in contact with the Carson City Attourney and will follow up. This was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

True Customer Service in Action

We used a broker who contracted with Pioneer Auto Express. They shipped our Honda Odyssey from the Virginia Beach all the way to San Diego. In the process the paint on our hood was damaged. The driver, Juan, was professional and told us right away while profusely apologizing. He said that they would make it right. The company owner came out and personally guaranteed to fix our car as well as give us a car to drive during the repair. He had one of his associates drop a car at our door step and pick up our van for repair. After 2 days they returned our van with a gorgeous new paint job on the hood. It matches perfectly. It's refreshing for a company to take responsibility and make their mistake right. They fixed the problem quickly and did it without an inconvenience to us. I would definitely call them in the future if the need arises.
