NO SAUCE ON ONLY HALF! Can't get sauce on only half the pizza. Against franchise rules. Wow. This branch never ceases to surprise. From losing orders, to cooking the pizzas wrong, to incredible delays - they're the whole package. For what it's worth, the food is usually very good... you just never know what you're going to get.

I placed an order around 745. 9pm came and still no pizza...I called and asked what was going on with my order. I was placed on hold for a while and was told that they came but no one came to the door. WELL...turns out they were at the wrong house and no one even tried to call me. My order was canceled and nobody even let me know. I asked for the manager and she wouldnt even get on the phone. The person I talked to said that "my manager said she would give you %20 off" WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? They ended up throwing my original order away so they offered to make a new order and I told them i would pick it up. I got there and like a dummy i didnt look at my order until i got home..the order was not even mine. I drove back to pizza hut and the "manager" gave me my money back. She didnt even apologize or even try to keep my business. I will never ever go back to this location ever.

Love the Pizza Hut pizza, especially deep dish, but every time I eat at the restaurant my order gets messed up (4 for 4). But the management has been very good about comp-ing the pizza, bread sticks, salads, etc. One time I took home two large pizzas after sitting in the restaurant for 30 minutes eating salad and bread sticks waiting for one medium pizza that got lost...and paid $0.
