Make sure you read the contract. You have to cancel by the last day of the month in order not to be charged for the following month. I cancelled on the 2nd and was charged for an entire month. I haven't been there in 2 months and that was the first time I could make it in there since you can't cancel it over the phone. I spoke with the manager Jeff and he would not refund my month because it's in the contract that they don't do refunds. Seriously! Poor Customer Service!!!! You think they would at least work with you. But I guess they don't care about losing customers.

I haven't been to planet tan in over 6 months. I don't even live anywhere near the current locations. I noticed on my credit card that they are still charging me. I called to cancel my membership. Apparentely you can't cancel over the phone and the smart girl working today "doesn't know how to use a fax machine". I called the owner to have him fax me the cancellation paperwork. He wouldn't do it. You can ONLY cancel a membership in person?!?!? Now I have to drive all the way up to cumming to sign a piece of paper. Poor customer service. Poor quality of staff.

i started going to planet tan and beyond after the planet beach closed and i am very satisfied. this new place has all new beds and great customer service, all of the employees are very knowledgeable on their products and have helped me get the perfect tan. place is always clean and I've never waited to tan before, not even once. i told all the girls in my salon about it and now they go too. I plan on going there for a long time.
