Businesses don't get it right all the time, but when a business owner makes things right after things go a bit wrong, that says a lot about the owner and the business. After a less than optimal experience, Pam contacted us and personally came to meet with us to understand the issues. Pam made recommendations, we actually had more work done because we felt confident Pam would follow through and she did. The yard now looks great and we are happy we had a second chance to work with Plants Creative Landscapes and owner Pam

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are disappointed to hear about your experience with our company as we truly pride ourselves on offering the highest level of customer satisfaction. Please feel free to contact our office directly and we will be glad to discuss your plantings as well as replacement options that might fall within your warranty period.
The Plants team created an amazing, patio space for our historic office space, surrounded by a great plantscape and custom fencing. Every person who worked on the project was friendly and engaging, and the workmanship is excellent. No way we could ever have planned, designed or installed without the help of experts like Pam, Joe, Juan and the rest of the Plants' team - - and we sure wouldn't have had the patience or the expertise to get all the necessary permits. Oh! This will sound too good to be true: But the actual cost was even less than we anticipated. We're only kicking ourselves because we wish we'd called Plants years ago. Thank you, Plants. You've made us really, really happy.

We contacted Plants first about 14 months ago and Pam came out to provide us an estimate on updating our landscaping. We are not a gardening family, and didn't know what we wanted, providing little direction other than that we felt underwhelmed by the random mass of plants growing around our otherwise beautiful Midtown home. Pam put together a very professional proposal and design for us, and worked through various iterations to get the design within our budget. She and her team continued to work with us through some last minute changes, and my wife and I agree we are very pleased with the final product. Over the past few months, we have enlisted Pam and the Plants team to provide seasonal maintenance on our newly beautified yard (Garden Gloves) and have them planting seasonal bursts of color around the yard as well. In a fluid business that works with fickle things like customer whims and the weather, the team can require some flexibility, though I always feel we've been treated right in the end.

Working with Joe from Plant Creative was very easy and personal. He was the only person I had to deal with from estimate to payment. The work was done on time. I had a french drain installed so I won't know if it was done properly until the next big rain. I feel confident, though, that if there is any issue, all I have to do is contact Joe directly. Thank you Joe

Just signed up for bi-monthly lawn maintenance service after meeting with Pam. I agreed with many of the comments on this board. I've had couple other landscape maintenance companies before but the crew at Plants certainly provide better quality and top-notch service. Plants's rate is a little bit more than the other two but, as another poster had written before, you get what you paid for.

Plants Creative added gutter work, a stone path, and now provides regular maintenance. We have used lower and higher priced landscapers previously, but we were never satisfied until now. Pam and her crew do great work, and when something didn't look just right, it was corrected at no additional cost.

Called Plants last year (April 2012) to re-design and plant our front and back yards. Also moved maintenance to them in late summer of 2012. Spring 2013 is just beautiful in our yards!!! Our lawn is arguably the best looking in the neighborhood, and we are spending more time in both the front and back yards than we have ever done, and it has even inspired me to take up gardening!!! I planted some annuals, perennials, creepers and ground covers this month...first time in 5 years! These guys are just great!!

We were looking for a quick clean up and a few additional plants in the front. Scarlett came when scheduled, gave us a quote for Plants LLC to do the work & even pointed out how we might do some of it ourselves (we didn't). We were anxious to have the work done before visitors came and they accommodated that request. I'm giving a 4 1/2 star review (which this system doesn't allow) only because the workers sprayed more than we understood they would. We had requested hand-weeding where-ever possible but I believe they did more spraying to save time. However, it is a good company & I recommend them.

Plants came out in record time, sent drawings and very reasonable quotes super fast to us and we were thrilled. They will now be working on our entire yard because we were so happy with the small installation they already completed. A++.

Plants has helped us out twice now and done magnificient work at excellent pricing. The first job was a retaining wall. My dad is in the construction industry and he grilled Pam before and during the project and she impressed him. The crews are always very nice and hardworking. As with outdoor work, you have to be flexible with scheduling due to rain delays, etc. Not a problem for us. If you need any sort of landscape help, we highly recommend Plants!!!

We've worked with Plants LLC for a few years, handling large projects and small. They built retaining walls, reran drainage and landscaped our full yard. Results are excellent! We consistently use them for any updates.Highly recommended
