Five stars does not seem like enough for my experience. I recently bought a 1994 Miata that is in great mechanical condition, but the paint was not so good. Apparently someone egged it and there is an area on the hood where the paint is damaged. In addition The red paint had oxidized and had a lot of swirl marks from improper washing and waxing. The front bumper looked closer to pink than red. Several people had suggested having it buffed out and waxed, but I was leaning more toward having it repainted. I found Platinum Auto Spa online and after reviewing their services I decided it would be worth trying the bumper to bumper detailing before committing to a new paint job. I hoped it would even out the paint enough that we could live with it for awhile and save up some money for a really good paint job. I was greeted by a friendly young lady when I arrived and she called a gentleman over to talk to me about my options. After our discussion I decided to go for the bumper to bumper detailing with the addition of an engine steam cleaning. They said there would be a big difference when they were through with it. I took that to mean I would notice some improvement. Instead I was amazed! With the exception of the egged area and a few minor scratches that could not be removed, the paint looks good as new. Even the bumper matches again. They have a new loyal customer.
The service is called bumper to bumper detailing, but I would call it paint resurrection.

We used Platinum in the past for a low end car wash and were satisfied with the results. So, when it was time to sell my SUV, I spoke to the owner who recommended the full detail package at $169.99. I specifically asked about what would be cleaned, and at what level so there wouldn't be any confusion. He said it would take 4 hours, so I dropped my car off and picked it up after hours. I was so disappointed when I got my car back. It had been waxed, and was shinier than it had been in a long time. However, there was no light scratch removal done that I could tell (I've had the car for 9 years and know every detail about the condition). The interior had been "heavily conditioned" (slathered in a greasy amour all substance). The navigation display, speedometer, gas gauge, etc. were all smeared with a greasy residue. I had to come home and wipe down everything before I could post it for sale, it looked really bad. In addition, it didn't look like the leather was cleaned at all, you could see visible dirt on them. The arm rest storage looked like it had been wiped down with the same greasy stuff, and you could tell where it wasn't cleaned. On the center console, the crevices weren't cleaned. While the car was pretty clean when I turned it in, it needed to have all the cracks and crevices cleaned out. I didn't complain because I had to sell the car the next day. However, I will not ever be returning for service at Platinum.

I had a really tough detail problem. I went to several other carwashes and no one knew how to help me. The folks at Platinum did. They fixed it in less then an hour. I was able to sell my car without having to reduce the price for damaged paint. Pass the other washes and go there!!!

They did our 4Runner and Odyssey, neither of which is garaged and both of which show the signs of small children, dogs, and trips. (Also a LONG period of minimal care on the 4Runner.) They did amazingly good work with both interiors and exteriors. What they couldn't clean with their normal procedures (still more than a Roswell competitor!) on the 4Runner, they offered to clean with further measures for a reasonable additional cost. Each was done within a day as promised. I'm pretty sure I will be recognize my 4Runner when I leave work today even though it's silver again as opposed to gray. :)

I have know the owners for a number of years and I am always impressed with how they treat their customers! This company puts customer's needs before their own and it really shows! This is a good company and I would recommend them to anyone!
