Platinum Roofing was wonderful to work with. Their staff was friendly and the owner(Robert) supervised the job from start to finish. The workmanship is outstanding. Our new roof looks great, thanks to Platinum Roofing! Quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing.

If you need a new roof, call Platinum Roofing. The workmanship was high quality, the estimate and work were scheduled quickly, and Robert (the owner) was involved in all aspects of the job. I am very pleased with my new roof.

The contract was very clear and I took additional upgrades. The installation went really well and the crew was top notch. There was only one problem where they had to install flashing that was on top of the stucco. They have agreed to paint this over to match the house color. My house color is beige and the flashing is black. So, it shows and it's on the front of the house. if this does not work, then they will have to cut into the stucco. Other problem, was they referred me to Gutter Perfection in Winston, GA. This was a HUGE mistake. Had a very odd/strange problem with one of the owners (Jeff) - the guy is a psychopath. I found a problem with the gutters but, could not accomodate his schedule that day and asked him to come by any other day that week. This creep called me over 21 times and harrassed me all day. I finally had to call the cops and file a complaint against him. To make a long story short, I called Platinum roofing to tell the owner about this and he never returned my call. What's that saying about the company you keep?

Platinum Roofing did our roof. We have the best roof in the neighborhood. Robert was very wonderful to work with. The office staff was very helpful. The crew worked very hard and did a great cleanup.Two thumbs up to a great team!

We had seven estimates from some of Atlanta’s largest roofing companies (Home Reports and Cobb County report), along with much research, and found that Platinum Roofing gave us the best value for our money, and excellent service as well. Our sales representative, Chad, was knowledgeable and honest about his company, products, and the installer’s methodology.

Platinum also understood how to work with our insurance company. The office staff and Patti were extremely pleasant when responding to our questions.

In addition, we were amazed to discover our 40 square roof was completed as discussed, with clean-up, and magnetic sweeping for nails. Ten days later, the record rain and flooding of September 2009 proved to be a good test of workmanship, and showed there were no leaks.
