I ordered my daughter's swing set through BJs.com, who distribute from PlayNation. The order was placed April 27, with an estimated delivery of 2-3 weeks (May 20). This would be perfect for my daughter's birthday in early June. After 3 weeks going by, I was told it would be out early the following week. The order was still not out and then I was told my order would have "urgent" marked on it to have it sent out as early as possible. Being patient yet again, I waited until week 5 and was given a contact number, in which no one picked up the phone so I called customer service to speak to someone. The representative informed me that they would be sending it out as soon as possible but they had no estimated delivery date. After another phone call the following day, I was told it was shipping out that Friday but would take 2-3 business days to reach me in NJ. It did get to the shipping center and I was supposed to have it delivered on Wednesday but that was delayed as well (I assume this part was the fault of UPS). It was finally delivered to us at 12:30pm the day before my daughter's birthday party, with the driver saying the box containing the spiral slide wasn't part of the original group of boxes. It took us 15 hours, working late into the night and waking early to assemble the swing set. Directions were difficult and parts could be grouped easier. I am very disappointed with their communication and customer service. It is unacceptable how this order was handled.
We assembled the swing set ourselves, but processing and delivery of order was terrible.

Picking out the set was very easy and the buying process was good. 1 guy came to set up a playset that looks to me like two ppl should have set it up. The area where the swingset was installed was level and large enough for the set. The guy installed it in a bad position and the slide dumps out right on the landscape timbers. The beam that holds the swings is crooked and not squared against the tower. We have asked for a call back and received no answer as to what they are going to do. Meanwhile we cannot use a playset that we paid for. It is high quality at a great price but the install team needs some work. The guy also smoked the entire time he was installing it.
Area Roswell, GA
Cost $1,000 - $2,999
Date April 2017

We paid $525 to have a play system moved. Play nation showed up with 1 associate who was unable to perform the move. He said he would come back with help. His boss called and said for them to do the job it will be $200 more. When asked why, he said they misquoted the price. So apparently they make a mistake and the customer has to pay. Such poor business practice .

The playset was easy to order and delivery appointment was made easily. Installation took almost a full day for the Dane's Den playset since it was done by 1 person. The installer over drilled some holes and split the wood. We contacted playnation in Marietta countless times and they keep saying they will send someone out to fix and no one ever shows up. My husband has started to call the manager almost everyday now to get some resolution and when they talked to him today they said they spoke with your wife at the house a few days ago. That is a total lie because I did not speak with anyone, nor was I home the day they supposedly spoke with me. They really need to work on fixing their customer service. We paid thousands of dollars for this playset and deserve to have it properly installed.

Customer Service needs a bit of work, but was able to discuss the communication challenges with the company to get resolution to the matter. Would have liked to have the challenges resolved in one call.

We shopped Wal-Mart, Sears, and Lowe's and where running out of options- the quality of those playsets where as bad as the prices where high. Then we found the PlayNation on Cobb Parkway. Our Daughter played on all the different swing-sets while we met with the wonderful sales folks. They worked with us to find the perfect set that met our desire for top quality and fit within our budget.- We Scheduled to have it installed and they did a bang up job there too. I am and will be forever a HUGE fan and will gladly refer people to them with confidence! Thanks PlayNation!!!

We went into the Marietta showroom during a big sale event last year 2010. Once we decided on a play set we spoke with the owner about the set options and pricing. I was impressed that the owner and his wife were there working the floor in the showroom. The entire staff was exceptional to work with during the buying process. The installation went off without a hitch. The kids love the play set and we have only positive things to say about our purchase and the experience.

Equipment was okay but after a couple of years I noticed a missing bolt along with some other bolts that had loosened along with some normal wear and tear. Called Playnation and they are not very helpful. I realize the set is no longer in warranty but they provide minimal help in recommending people that can repair their sets. Asking for photos to be sent in - for a missing bolt?

The kids love the playset! The quality is outstanding and the installers are great but shame about the service in the showroom. The manager acts like she's been smacked with some wet fish - don't expect a smile. Strange though, considering she deals with families. The staff seem to follow her lead...... so sad when a simple smile costs nothing!!

I had a great experience with Play Nation. It looked like the set I picked out was not going to fit- so I had them not add an extension I wanted. However, When I spoke to the manager he was committed that I get a play set that my family would love. So they came out the next day and found a way to make it work. It looks great! But what makes it outstanding is the commitment the management team has on each customer being completely satisfied. Particularly in the midst of their busy season. I only expect business' to do what I am paying them for but I am frequently disappointed with the fact that I have to manage them. This was a refreshing experience in that the company was committed that I get all I want and not what was easiest for them.

We had a great experience and lots of help from Eric at the showroom. My son loved that he could try different play set out. The men who put the play set together were polite and left the area clean of debris. We only had trouble getting the slide we ordered delivered and installed due to bad weather and everyone that we have dealt with this issue to get it resolved has been very nice and polite. We look forward to using them again in the future.
