I am very impressed with the team at Playset Installations of Georgia. They were actually early for the installation. (That never happens!) The guys were friendly and did not get frustrated with me when a family decision was made to move the spot the playset was originally slated to go in. They even fixed the previous owners attempt at a new awning! They did a great job leveling the playset in a sloping yard full of rocks and extremely hard red clay. They were able to adjust the climbing wall to fit to the slope. I had to leave before the installation was finished, which made me a little nervous, but when we got home a little while later, they had finished up and my daughter squealed with delight! She actually ate her dinner in the playset the first night. Now the first thing she wants to do every afternoon is go out and play on her new playset. They replaced the rotten wood like they said and as the third family to have this particular playset, it is solid as a rock thanks to Playset Installations of GA! Great job guys! I will definitely recommend you to the neighborhood!
Playset Installations of Georgia disassembled the playset at my neighbor's house up the street and brought it to my house where they reinstalled it and replaced any damaged wood.
Area Cumming, GA

I feel I was oversold over the phone on safety and honesty of the company. I was told Terri would evaluate the playset for safety and proactively let me know of safety concerns. Additionally, he would replace wood where needed. After installation, there were 5 protruding nails, split wood and the slide was not installed correctly. I would have liked some proactive information about any safety concerns they had with the set, instead I had to pull information out and was told about "oversights".

We thought we had a plan when we called Playset Installation of Georgia for a quote to move a playset. We offered to provide photos and details but they were pretty certain they have done enough of these installs to not need it. When we asking about leveling, concrete, and maybe bordering around the playset, they gave a price and told us that the playset did not need concrete but would do it for us if we wanted it (no additional price was mentioned at this point). Later I texted to confirm that we did not need grading or border but would take the concrete. At that point, they gave me an additional price (half of the original quote plus the original quote). I tried get clarification thinking that the original quote included concrete and they responded with, "No I explained that the playnation sets do not require concrete and said we can concrete it if you want though and you said no. Honestly I'd just rather not do the work now. You've pretty much treated me like I'm not aware of what I'm talking about with 15 years experience, good luck, sorry it didn't work out." I was shocked. Perhaps I asked too many question. Perhaps I didn't ask the right questions at the right time. As a novice consumer, this treatment is totally unacceptable. We scrambled and found Play Scapes Bobby Arnold on a Craig's list ad. He was very reasonable on price and I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone. Courtesy goes a long way.

I scheduled online with Terry's wife (through the website). The guys were here at 10 on the dot and finished up in less than 3 hours. Our backyard is slanted down towards a creek, and Terry showed me how they leveled the playset and anchored it. Well done and speedy!

What a professional company to work with, from talking & making arrangements for move with Melissa to the delivery & setup of our rainbow playset. The delivery/setup was done quickly because they knew exactly what they were doing. Would highly recommend to others out there that needs a swingset moved. These are Christian people with good work ethics!!!

This company moved a used playset for us.Sadly, they left an unsafe & unfinished playset for us.They were supposed to meet us at the original location at 2/3pm. After many attempts to reach them, they finally got back to me at 3:30 to say that today wasn't going to happen. The next day, things went well in the beginning, and Terry stated that we had purchased a used playset that was well constructed & sturdy. However, the monkey bar portion needed some TLC (which I had told them about before their arrival). They said they had not been given a heads up about the monkey bar issue beforehand & therefore had no time to do it, & would have to return (for which we were going to pay them additional $). Which meant they left our home with the playset at about 70% completion (the monkey bars also supported the swing beam, so that was not yet erected). Upon their leaving our home, we (foolishly) paid them in full & I contacted Melissa to schedule a time for them to return to finish. It was scheduled for 5 days out. The next day it finally stopped raining, so we went out to more thoroughly inspect the playset. We found multiple issues of unsafe construction & missing bolts. Our legal advisor has stated that even if issues pre-existed, any "playset installation company" has a ethical/legal obligation to make the owners aware of such issues. They didn't honor the return date to finish, & are unresponsive to any attempts to reach them. We will be hiring another company to assist.

These are some really caring and hard working guys. They took down a playset, transported and reassembled it. When they arrived I wasn't even sure where to put it. Terry took the time to go over the pros and cons of various locations. My kids were so excited they sat and watched and what amazing work these guys did. I had no doubt that this play system was installed safely and that the quality of work they did mattered to them. It was worth every penny to have it installed right & in just a few hours. Highly recommend them!!!!

It said on the manual that it would take two guys 16 hours to assemble. These guys came and banged it out in six. I couldn't have been more impressed. Excellent work, nice guys - I highly recommend. Save yourself a weekend (or a week) and let these guys handle it - they know what they are doing.

I recently purchased a Playnation swingset for my children on Craigslist. I needed to have it installed and called up Playset Installations of Georgia. Melissa was wonderful to work with and was super timely in getting back to me via email. I was set up to have my playset installed within a few days- exactly what I was hoping for. The gentlemen that installed the playset were kinda, helpful and courteous. They made sure the playset was level and exactly where I wanted it in our back yard. I was overly impressed with the job they did at our house! I would highly recommend this company to install any playset!

I wanted to install a pull-up bar set on my kids' playground, but one massive enough that I could use too (I'm into pull-ups). I bought the materials they asked me to get, and Terry and his co-worker installed it for me. This thing is STABLE, each post in hundreds of pounds of concrete and perfectly level. And their price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work it took to get these things in the ground. I highly recommend them for your next project of this type.

I would recommend this company to anyone! They did a fantastic job with a challenging move and set up of our play set. They communicated very well from the first conversation, letting me know when they were on their way and getting started when they said they would! Great company.
