Plaza Mobile Home Park

This park is ridiculous. my fiance, our twin 1 year old boys and myself, moved into Plaza at the beginning of november 2011. Paid $815 ($400 deposit, $400 first months rent, $15 app fee).\rwhen the gas company came to turn our gas on, they refused to light the furnace because it wasn't up to code. when i got off work that day (the first day living there), i tried to light it myself to no avail. Called the park manager and he tried to come over and light it himself. 4 WEEKS LATER and lots of ""uh yeah that part we ordered should be comin in anyday now"" crap. my fiance, called lawyers, the local health department, job and family services, basically everyone she could think of to see what they could do to get heat in here for us and our babies. Come to find out, when she finally got a hold of the park owners, we weren't even listed. they had no record of our names. they never received our application and the secretary could've cared less that we have two babies in a trailer with only electric heaters. \rlong story short, the managers took our money, pocketed it and refused to fix a broken furnace.\rwe're moving now after only a month. these people running this park have no idea what they're doing\rwho knows how many other people live here and the park managers just pocket their hard earned money too.\rI wouldn't advise ANYONE move to Plaza Mobile Home Dump...
