I was quoted $145 for a drain cleaning. Before it was done they had replaced everything under my sink and charged me $343. I gave them a CREDIT CARD and they charged a $22.50 fee for using the card. THE FEE WAS UNDISCLOSED AND I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT IT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

My disabled mother's water heater broke. It turned out to be that the pilot light was out, but their employee told her she needed a new water heater to the tune of over $1k. He never told her it was just the pilot light. The owner of the company supports this type of unethical service and refused to refund the $125 trip fee. Apparently, he is used to complaint calls like mine. I wonder how many times I have been ripped off in the past? I just filed a complaint with the BBB.

Do it yourself unless you're rich. These folks will stretch out the job and you'll replace everything for no good reason if you're not careful. Steer clear!

Rip-off!! Call someone else if you know what's good for your financial health. They do more than they need to do and misrepresent their hours. I'm shocked and will never use this company again.

I've used this Plumb It Co. since I bought my first house ten years ago. I've used them several times and have never had a problem. The prices have always been very reasonable, and I have never had any problems with the quality or speed of the work. Some of the work I had done was in a very tight crawl space, and I was completely satisfied with the results. One thing that I especially like is that they are budget-conscious and don't try to oversell you anything. If your faucet needs a new part, they will not try to sell you a whole new faucet, just the part.

I called them out to fix a problem with a horrible toilet smell. The plumber who arrived gave off a terrible smell. I had to stand several feet away from him. He did a brief investigation, then told me that nothing could be done. He charged $125 and left. I talked to other plumbers who had a whole list of ideas about what could be done - checking the seal, replacing the wax ring, cleaning out the vent stacks. The guy from plumb-it-co just gave excuses. When I called in to complain, they didn't care at all that I wasn't satisfied. They wouldn't refund my card or send anyone back out to do the job right.

I could not recomend this company , nor the owner of this cmpany to any of my friends. We tried them because of the low price the owner quoted us over the phone. Guess what happened when the plumber came out to our house ? That price more than doubled, same work, same everything, but the price doubled ? We contacted the owner of this business and he gets belligerent with my wife ? We told him to get lost, and you should to. Who needs the bait and switch routine with a plumber ??

I wouldnt trust this plumber. Sent out an older plumber with a cane, and a bad limp = billed by the hour, nope ! As he rambled in he said he couldnt install our new equipment, 10 minutes later he could install it, 15 minutes later he broke the new equipment.............then denied it. Bad news for him, we took the new equipment out of the box the night before and actually took some pictures that ended up showing, guess what, not broken. Called owner, not sharpest knife in the drawer. He is not a problem solver, he seemed like he wanted the problem to continue....with a limp. Dont waste your time or money.

I wouldnt use this company again if you PAID me to use them. We bought a very expensive kitchen faucet and called Gorden and his army of dopes to install it, what a mistake. First they sent out an older man who needed a cain to walk around and was really, very slow, ofcourse you are billed by the hour so Gorden likes this. Plus it smelled like he had not taken a bath for a week. Within the first 10 minutes he proceeded to tell me that he couldnt install it, then magically 10 minutes later he told me the install was going very well. Then after leaving him alone for another 10 minutes, the hot and cold water control was mysteriously broken off of the stem. Why would we call a plumber if we had a faucet stem that was broken off ? I tried to call Gorden the owner and explain to him that his plumber might have made a mistake and broken it off, but Gorden must have graduated first in his class at "customer no service" school. He was beligerent and not willing to listen to anything that i had to say to him. This guy is an idiot, so i would suggest just passing this company by when looking for a plumber. We plan on writing the better business organization of atlanta and dekalb county and getting on the phone with Clark Howard to try and expose ol' Gorden and his band of misfits. I wouldnt recomend this dope to attach a garden house to an outside faucet. Plus, is it to much to ask that Gorden send out a plumber who atleast showers a couple of times per week ??

Be very careful of this company & their staff - they do not offer warranties on their work and do not make drywall repairs. Their plumber left a huge mess in the dining room & could not fit the new trap so it sits in the ceiling. I'm going to have to pay someone else to come out & fix what these guys couldn't. Also, if you think that Gordon is going to do anything to assure your satisfaction - don't count on it. He's a double-talker & selective listener. They're a horrible company - save your money & find someone more reputable. These guys are qualified to plunge my toilet...

This day and age honestly is something that is hard to find in a business but Plumbit Co has always been honest with me, even if it's not something I wanted to hear. I've had plumbit Co plumbers over to fix stuff at my house around 5 times or so, in my lifetime, and they have always treated me with respect and made sure my plumbing, and fixtures, had been demonstrated before they leave. I've had the same plumber come out a few times now and each time, he even tells me a few things I can try before I have to call them. They don't cut corners either which is one of my pet-peeves. It's also an American owned company and I don't know if that means anything to you but to me, I like the fact that I can always understand them on the phone and when they come out to do work.

We needed a new toilet and got an excellent quote for the services of this business - much cheaper than some others. Availability of a tradesman great, and good job done, but the tradesman was over three hours later than appointed time. There weren't any apologies for that, but the price was good, which kept us satisfied. If you don't have anywhere else to be, and are flexible with time, then this would work for you.
